(Alliance News) - Altus Strategies PLC said Wednesday it has promoted Financial Controller Martin Keylock to chief financial officer.
He will be replacing David Miles, who stay on in an adviser role to the natural resources company. Miles has been CFO at Altus since 2018, following Altus's takeover of Legend Gold Corp.
Keylock has been part of Altus since November, and prior to that has been financial controller at renewable fuels company Velocys PLC for six years, from 2012 to 2018.

The board also wishes to thank David Miles for his invaluable contributions to date, which in the last 18 months include the completion of the company's plan of arrangement with TSX-V listed Legend Gold Corp and our dual listing on the TSX-V. David has overseen our smooth and rapid transition to being the only dual London and Toronto listed project and royalty generator business," said Chair David Netherway.
Shares in Altus Strategies were untraded on Wednesday in London, last quoted at 4.51 pence.
