(Sharecast News) - AJ Bell said on Monday that it has entered into an agreement with Blythe Business Services (BBSL) that will see former chief executive and founder Andy Bell continue to work with the company in a consultancy role.
BBSL, which is owned by Andy Bell, will be paid an annual feel of £150,000 for not less than 48 full days a year. The term of the consultancy agreement began on 1 October and can be terminated by either party on not less than one month's notice expiring at any time after 30 September 2023.
Andy Bell's departure was announced at the end of last month and he was succeeded as CEO on 1 October by Michael Summersgill. It was agreed that Bell would continue to work with the company in a consultancy role.
