AEW UK REIT PLC - UK commercial property investor - For the six months to the end of September, pretax profit rose to GBP5.7 million from GBP4.2 million the year before. This was on net rental income that declined to GBP6.9 million from GBP8.3 million.
Net asset value per share as at September 30 was 92.73 pence, down from 97.36p the same date the year before. This was on portfolio value that dropped to GBP171.4 million across 34 properties from GBP189.30 across 35 properties at the end of March.
Declares interim dividend of 4.00 pence per share, in line with year before.
