AEW UK REIT PLC - Commercial-focused real estate investment trust - Amends loan facility allowing company to make loan repayments and redraw amounts under the facility, similar to a revolving credit facility. AEW can now repay any amount at any time without transaction fees, but commitment fees will be charged on any repaid loan amounts. All other key terms remain unchanged.
