LONDON (Alliance News) - Andalas Energy and Power PLC on Monday said Chairman Cameron Pearce is stepping down from the company with immediate effect.
The investment company said Pearce is resigning in order to pursue other business interests.
Shares in Andalas were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 1.17 pence.
