LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Julian Sinclair acquired 53,070 shares for GBP63,504 in total over two transactions on Thursday and Friday.
On Thursday, 17,570 shares were acquired for 119.5 pence per share, and 20,000 shares for 120p each.
On Friday, 12,500 shares were bought for 119.5 pence per share, and 3,000 shares for 119p each.
Following this transaction, Sinclair now holds 129,714 shares in total.
Shares in the trust closed down 0.8% at 118.00 pence on Friday.
