accesso Technology Group PLC - Berkshire, England-based provider of software for leisure, entertainment and cultural sectors - Confirms continued partnerships with Merlin Attractions Operations Ltd and Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Explains that it will continue to be Merlin's exclusive ticketing technology provider for 113 venues across 19 countries until August 26. Adds that there is the option to extend for another two years. Says that Six flags waived an early termination option for its existing 10-year agreement that will run through 2025. Under the agreement, accesso will be Six Flags' exclusive eCommerce provider across all of its 18 North American theme parks.
"These extended contract agreements are further proof that we have adapted effectively and continue to provide valuable support to our client base," Chief Executive Steve Brown comments.
