(Sharecast News) - Acuity RM Group announced the immediate resignation of Simon Bennett from his dual roles as non-executive director and chairman on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm said the departure of Bennett was due to his decision to prioritise his other business commitments.
It said Angus Forrest would now step into the role of executive chairman.
"The board thanks Simon for his contribution over the past three years whilst the group was transformed from an investing company to a trading company through the acquisition of Acuity Risk Management, and wishes him well for the future," Acuity RM said in its announcement.
