(Alliance News) - 4imprint Group PLC on Wednesday said it appointed Topps Tiles PLC Chair Paul Forman to be its new chair from March 16, when Paul Moody will step down from the board.
Forman will join the board of the London-based direct marketer and promotional merchandise distributor on January 1 as an independent non-executive director and chair designate.
Forman was previously chief executive at Essentra PLC, Coats Group PLC and Low & Bonar. He is also a former non-executive director of Brammer and Tate & Lyle PLC.
Alongside his role as chair of Enderby, Leicestershire-based tile specialist Topps Tiles, Forman is also currently chair of Natara and Winder Power, two private equity-backed industrial groups.
"We are delighted to welcome Paul Forman to the board. He brings significant and relevant experience along with great passion and enthusiasm that will definitely add to the 4imprint story as we drive the business forward," said 4imprint Chief Executive Officer Kevin Lyons Tarr.
Outgoing 4imprint Chair Paul Moody said: "4imprint is an exceptional business. I have been privileged to work alongside an outstanding team who, always, live the unique culture and values that are central to the remarkable success the company has enjoyed. I am proud of what we have achieved together, and I have no doubt that the future will be as rewarding as the past ten years, for all stakeholders."
