July 31 (Reuters) - London-based private equity firm 3iGroup Plc is exploring the sale of British luxurylingerie retailer Agent Provocateur, the Financial Timesreported on Thursday citing a source.
3i will appoint a financial adviser to run a competitiveauction for Agent Provocateur, valued at about 200 millionpounds ($337.5 million) including debt, the FT said citing aperson with knowledge of the matter. (http://on.ft.com/1rL8uaw)
