Vodafone Egypt to buy 20% stakes in digital payment firms

CAIRO, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Vodafone Egypt has
signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to buy 20% stakes in
two digital payment companies, Bee and Masary, it said in a
statement on Tuesday.

Both companies are owned by Ebtikar, a subsidiary of Egypt’s
MM Group.
