Hi President, It is not possible to delete posts yourself. You can request a post to be deleted by emailing info@lse.co.uk.. Which I see you already have! This has been actioned. Best Wishes, Sophie

Good afternoon admin. Can you clear a point up for me. Do you require a certain number of posters to report a post to you before you take the appropriate action. Obviously an abusive post is that whether a large number of posters report it or just the one. Supposedly this is the season of goodwill to all men and women and yet there is a poster on the hoc bb called Pompeyboy1 whose few posts on this site seem to contain very little about shares and just seem to contain insults about other posters, one of whom hasn't even posted on the relevant bb for nearly a year. I do hope you will take the appropriate action as this kind of behaviour really does put posters off posting genuinely helpful information and links and engaging in healthy debate.

Good morning Sophie. I cannot access my emails at the moment in order to read the response you have issued. Might be safer all round just to stop using the account.

Hi QueenElvis, Thanks for your reply. If you have another email address you have access to please email us on info@lse.co.uk ensuring you provide your full name so we can ID you, and I can email you on that email address instead. Failing that, I can send you the email as a user message if you like (this will appear as a one off on your account when you log in)? All the best

Good afternoon alb1on, Thanks for your message. If you wish to discuss your removed posts please email info@lse.co.uk for further details. As the website receives on average around 8,000 posts per day, it is not feasible for us to check the content of every message posted by third parties. We mainly monitor the boards in relation to complaints either by third parties or our users, and then review surrounding posts also. Should you feel that there are members being offensive as you say in your post above, please either use the 'report post' option or email us on the above email address advising of the usernames and posts and the moderation team can then review said posts. All the best

i have inadvertently filtered out my own name. Does anyone know how I can reinstall it. Many thanks.

Hi Caesar, It's easy to remove a filter. On the filters tab, select the nickname of the user you've filtered by mistake (your own name) and click on it. The filter will then be removed. Hope this helps! If you need more help, please email info@lse.co.uk and a member of our team will be able to assist further.

Hi allthekingsmen, Thanks for your message. The post has been reviewed and any appropriate action taken. In future you can use the 'report post' button if you feel any post is in breach of our share chat rules. Our moderators review all reported posts on a daily basis (working days). All the best

Hi Sitonfence, Moderation is dealt with over emails. I have passed on your message to be reviewed. Please email info@lse.co.uk with any further moderation queries regarding user accounts. Many thanks

Hi admin. Will there be a process in the future where you can delete your own posts? Its a bit of a nuisance contacting admin for this service and would find it much easier to click a delete tab (if you are the one who created the post)

Hi Scotlouie,
Doing so would allow users to potentially remove content that shouldn't have been posted in the first place but we are looking to allow people to edit a post within a set time after the post has been made.
Thanks.

Why are some of my posts being deleted ?
Hi Admin. Please can you delete my post from 11:17 today on the Begbies Chat, title "Bigger than it looks?"
Tom Winnifrith's questions to Begbies are potentially serious and I am uncomfortable with having commented on them. I think Tom Winnifrith should make his own clarifications if any are needed.
Thanks

Hi Seeingtom,
The post has been removed but in future you're best to just email info@lse.co.uk and it'll be done a bit quicker.
Thanks.
