News for the Snoozers - Part 4

Monday, 26th January 2015 10:24 - by Moosh

Beximco Pharma (TIDM: BXP)

The company recently announced initiation of exports to Australia, beginning with pantoprazole and it looks like more products will follow to open up a whole new market for BXP.1 The share still remains undervalued on earnings and net asset value and has been continually profitable and dividend-paying for a number of years.

Orosur Mining (TIDM: OMI)

With the upturn in gold price lately, to as high as $1307 over the last week, OMI has a good chance of benefitting from this in the second half of its financial year since the company intends to mine the higher grade ore from its South American project.2 With the current price at 12.125p (mid-price as of 23/1/15), the company is currently sitting at a substantial discount to its net assets of $82.98m (~£55.36m) given the current market capitalisation of £11.72m.3 With less than 100m shares in circulation, OMI, for me at least, remains a company which I intend to be an invader of to build up a freehold of shares for the long term, which would become useful if the company begins to pay dividends in the future.4

Servision (TIDM: SEV)

SEV has updated the market with an order for its CCTV system from Astana LRT of Kazakhstan, which is a new territory for SEV; it has received a part payment for the order with the remaining balance due in a few weeks. The company has also hinted at an imminent order from Panama as well as targeting Portugal as a future market.5-6

Software Radio Technology (TIDM: SRT)

SRT has continued to roll out the orders for its AIS and GeoVS systems.7-8 SRT has been ranging over the last few years in price but after watching the recent December 2014 webcast it seems to me that they know they have a listening market for their products and have the necessary infrastructure in place to furnish any rise in demand and support from orders; this appears to have encouraged a recent price breakout from the range.9 What I would like to see from SRT is a steady growth in orders over a long period of time which could then serve to build up the financials with respect to longer term growth in order to establish and stabilise a core fanbase of investors/invaders. The webcast also suggests the company are considering Africa as a future territory.
