Oi! LSE geezers and sheezers...it's me! It's hamish (small 'h')! What do you mean "Who the heck is hamish?" Well, you might also know me from LSE as 'moosh', and after studying pharmacy and then completing a PhD in a molecular biophysics field, I became a locum pharmacist for a few years before retiring and taking up what I call 'Investitism' and what you call 'Investing'. Got it? Good. In my blog posts, I primarily want to present retrospective examples of short-term investments (ideally entry and exit within a 4-12 week timeframe, some may be longer, some shorter) where I've used a variety of technical analysis (TA)/charting indicators and observations to help me make decisions with respect to investment timing. I completely understand that being a Chartist is the investing equivalent of being a geek at school and therefore not to everyone's taste, but hey, you know my journey through life from the above so the cap does indeed fit, and I certainly won't apologise for that!...Should I?...No. So, let's begin...
