Chief Financial Officer? (Eden Research, TIDM:EDEN)
More as an example, EDEN experienced a tremendous rise in price following a share purchase by the Chief Financial Officer at 14p – the market appeared to be happy to follow this since the price appreciated further to the 25p region before settling back.1
Chief Financial Officer? (Camco Clean Energy, TIDM:CCE)
Following the recent final results, the Chief Financial Officer of CCE purchased shares in CCE at 5.32p. With the price having closed at 6.125p on 5 June 2015, the market is only just waking up to this.2
Major Shareholder? (Empyrean Energy, TIDM:EME)
Friday 5th June 2015 saw a further increase in the major shareholding of EME by Mr James Kight, who increased his hold over the last few weeks by 2.2m shares to bring his total hold to 15.55m shares, or 7% of the company. Mr Kight has been a major shareholder since July 2013 and is clearly just as keen to soak up EME shares in 2015. Given that the market was informed of this increased shareholding late on 5 June 2015, it has barely noticed. Have you?3
