Mortgage area almost here

Within the next few days, lse.co.uk launches its Mortgage area, part of the Personal Finance section. It will be an information-led section as lse.co.uk is not Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulated, therefore not allowed to give advice. There will, however, be the opportunity to be contacted by a regulated Independent Financial Adviser. Headings in the Mortgage area include: First-Time Buyers, Prime/Re-Mortgage, Self-certification/Adverse credit, Buy-to-let/Commercial, Equity release/Secured loans, Personal loans/Credit cards, and Guides & Advice. Allied to this, there will be helpful calculators and Mortgage-related articles. Amongst these are: Selecting a Mortgage (article), Mortgage Repayments (calculator), House Stamp Duty (calculator), and Personal Loan Repayments (Calculator). lse.co.uk retains its core commitment to Shares, with a number of improvements in the pipeline for the rest of 2009. This said, we believe Personal Finance is closely related, so will carry on putting effort, where possible, into improving this section. A Pensions area is also in the offing.
