Maven Grwth 3 Share Price (MIG3)

Not so much holding as stuck with MIG3, as they are impossible to sell

£100K VCT investment in 2001 now has NAV approx. = £40k...only a 60% loss...very sad.

David Allan and his pirate crew still creaming off the excess Fees.

The pigs running this are using it to claim well undeserved (mis)-mangement fees;

they have put little or no effort into this company(?) making the term "growth" laughable and

regularly negative year by year. NAV Growth?...negative

Dividends have reduced year by year, while fees are increasing and both coming out of capital as there is scant profit.

MIG3 is Withering on the vine while the vampire bats on the board suck its blood.

A complete wipe-out of the board & its mismanagement team would be appreciated.

Disappointed that the resolution on increasing fees passed despite huge amounts of votes being withheld and a low turnout. I cannot really see how this was in the interest of the company. The performance of the fund has been unacceptable and the fees already too high. Will definitely be avoiding the top up offer.

I will be voting against the AGM resolution to allow Maven to not have a cap on their performance fee. The fees are already too high and have constantly impacted dividends. Fees have not fallen to reflect the fall in dividends to investors. No way I am voting for them to be increased further!

Can't see any reason to choose Maven for VCT's any more. Yet another dividend cut for MIG3, down to 1p for final dividend now, same pattern with MIG1. The dividends paid out in 2017 and 2018 were nice, but since then performance has been unacceptable. When I compare the NAV of my Maven VCT's with Amati, it is light and day.
The share price only seems to stay flat when the market rises and falls when the market falls. Totally lost confidence.
