Acceler8 Share Price (AC8)

I note that the NMS has been reduced from 2,000 to 1,000 shares... With only 99,700 shares in free float and the price rising at times even when there are no transactions, it says to me that demand is strong and supply is exceptionally short. The question is, given the rapid increases in the prices of both IIG and AC8, does this dynamic, of the market having woken up to the opportunity of what Hui10 is doing, put pressure on AC8 to move faster or slower to finalise a bid?

There is no consolidation. Nor is there a roll-back, buy back or reverse stock split ( equivalent to consolidation). The deal is this :

Exchange Ratio: 2.6052 AC8 shares for every 1 IIG share. Full details in the RNS and on the web site from tomorrow.

Can someone let me know the ratio of the consolidation.

Less than 0.35% of the expanded equity on conversion. Immaterial.
