You missed my 2nd post after the re read Billy.
Indeed, Even just word of mouth, how easy is it to pass on where you bought your products from. Not hard to remember is it.
That domain is worth a fortune.
Morning Weathergeek,
You are missing the $0.72m sales stated in RNS on 1st July.
Add this to the $1.34m sales stated in RNS on 17th May.
Total $2.06, the "more than $2m" stated in today's RNS.
Unfortunately not $660k extra!
I was hoping for a July order of approx $1m to reflect the continued roll-out (obviously this has now been delayed/reduced/rescheduled from the "expected 3,500" to new stored and re-sales to exisitng stores.
I was not actually expecting too much from the promised quarterly sales report but I am still very disappointed.

Actually, I've just re read that. That was $1.34m May, $0.72 June. That totals over $2m
So that could well be $1.28m more in sales.
If it is $2m over all and no new sales this month. Then I would suggest the distribution is being streamlined and poor selling stores have maybe had a sale or return deal. That should be expected to a certain extent as some stores will never be suitable.
It's a huge task rolling out to 500 stores a month. Can't imagine every store will be a great one.
Market is taking every op to take it lower, To me thats a buy op. New companies always drop on results. Damn even GAW did the other day and they are just a model firm in more ways than one.
Zoetic International re-positions itself as Chill Brands, focusing efforts on its website Chill.com

$2m - $1.34 from last trading update = $660k
chill.com really is a game changer.
They've never been happy to report numbers due to competition etc.
Progress is good but will be better. esp with a knockout domain name like chill.com
WG. I am still positive overall but just a bit flat today. Where do you get the extra $660k on the sales from? Am I being thick?
The expansion is set to accelerate in the coming months and the Group looks forward to updating the market accordingly
Yeah just collecting shares. I'll have em! You could sell the domain for more than the market cap.
To me that reads another $660,000 in sale orders delivered this month.
The chill rebranded is excellent. The chill brand to me is far superior a brand to ZOE. The are still keeping ZOE but the main focus of earning and brand will be CHILL.
The foundations being built are excellent. The UK market is proving lucrative already.
Short tremors and traders were expecting more. I wasn't, another $660k in sales in a month is great. This will continue growing and rolling out every month.
The CHILL.COM website is probably worth more than the market cap alone. I don't know how they grabbed that one! Very wise to rebrand around it.
Why the slightly slower roll out than expected so far? Maybe covid? Maybe summer?
Seeing that its 2500 stores so far. That makes individual store sales even better than expected so thats a plus.
Company transformation is very impressive to me. I like and will continue to build my holding.

Online sales will be much easier with that domain name.
The sales figures will improve. Its been hard times for most businesses.
Chill.com on its own is worth a lot. The best here is yet to come.
The market makers are trying to get cheap shares.
I did at first and think it’s confusing. But after re-reading it a good few times think it’s total $2m so not another $2m.
That is what I hope!
Ted,
I think you are clutching at straws on that.
ZOE seem to refer to orders and sales as the same.
Most (on Telegram, including Matt) seem to think that the $2m refers to the previously stated orders/sales. If it was indeed an additional order, I am pretty sure (and would certainly hope) that ZOE would be clearly detailing this which unfortunately they are not.
Like Matt, I am disappointed with this. It is actually NOT a quarterly sales report (as promised) and rather another Business Update, the majority of the update already have been previously updated.

Thank you for your input.
It was the other way round - $1.34mm in May, $0.72m in June so $2m in total SALES, and I read it as another $2m in ORDERS (to become sales shortly).
Or is it sales of US $ 0.72 million at 17 May, US$1.43 million at 1 July and US$ 2 million now? Very confusing!
slightly flat re figures, but for me oct was more looked-fwd to tbh.
the re-branding under one banner makes sense, new ticker will highlight the brand and bring CHILL to everyones lips...
we need to keep those circling tobacco companies at bay for as long as poss as prev mentioned too.
Lots of positives in there..although sales figs are poor/underwhelming/misleading.
Dyor etc....
BB2,
For what it’s worth the RNS states $2mm of ORDERS following combined SALES of c €2mm so I read that as an additional order for $2m which hasn’t yet been converted to sales.
FT
Morning gallini,
Please can you give me your take on.....
The Group has now received orders for Chill products totalling more than US$2.0 million. This follows previous announcements issued on 17 May 2021 and 1 July 2021 of combined sales totalling US$1.34 million and US$0.72 million respectively..........
Do you agree the received orders of $2m are indeed the $1.34 and $0.72 already reported on 17th Mat and 1st July. The statement is poorly worded and could be read that the $2m follows the other two orders. I do not think this is the case personally and thing total sales stand $2m. I know you are a genuine holder here so am interested in your thoughts, please.
BB2.
Not much detail on sales front but maybe deliberate with tobacco companies sniffing about trying to buy company on the cheap.
I’d expect more detail in full annual report and at Q3 update to be honest….slow and steady wins the race folks.
The shorters/de-rampers are quick off the mark this morning, Sorry that CHILL.COM have burst your bubble with this excellent update
name change...in line with our chill . com branding...to go with our new chill ticker..
scrapped my ar se...CHANGED
do not mislead the bb
