pawn I wasn’t here before but from what I have seen since invested is good results from AC. He’s made some fantastic deals of course patience is required but for me as a investor so far so good and happy to hold till we make some serious money.
Yes looking better. Co's starting to drag itself out the mire after azer and is coming up with some decent acquisitions imo. Trolls are unhappy esp over on afn which is always a good sign.
Needs patience as sentiment is so bad here but chuffed with his recent progress. Nothing ventured nothing gained they say.
ATB,
pawn.
Pawn things looking good also we’re up +5.88%
Tyb please don’t embarrass yourself again by giving your share price predictions on that rns. I can save you the trouble by telling you it will do nothing for the share price .
and as promised in todays RNS..
"Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
" The Bid Round represents a very rare opportunity for Zenith to acquire a large, underdeveloped, near-term production asset in Nigeria. Indeed, the last opportunity of this kind was in 2003.
We have worked closely with our Nigerian partner to complete the necessary commercial and technical analysis required for submission of our Bid and in selecting the most compatible asset.
In the event our Bid is accepted, we have already received positive indications from a number of pan-African financial institutions regarding obtaining the necessary financing to develop the asset and achieving commercial production."
Financed to first oil!
Not sure its correct to call ZEN overly dilutive whilst they're taking advantage of covid and the oil price crash to pick all these licences up.
UJO just printed four billion shares in one placing and others such as RBD have many billions too now.Even UOG has over 600m today.
ZEN even with Azer going badly is a mere baby in that respect imo.
Be good when the financing and revenues take over but really don't get this zen has too many shares being issued for admin purposes whilst future deals are being negotiated in a nondilutive way.
Think with where they came from re Azer its really a case of holders are content with it but the trolls need it to be a big thing.
Hopefully we will hear more about the payment terms on the $5.3m AAOG Congo debt soon:
RNS July 20th:
"I am also pleased to confirm that negotiations are nearing a conclusion with regards to defining a payment plan for the repayment of the US$5.3 million debt owed by Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo to AAOG Congo." "
Also got a loan from the Italian government I think.. can’t be that bad if the usual trolls with no shares are still here..
You mean like the placing for the latest asset in Tunisia?
Oh wait..no placing!
Don't like to be shown to be wrong do you mud?
The more you read it the better it sounds for Nigeria. Will keep an eye out for the RNS AGEOS.
Either our trolls don't read much do they?
From the original Nigeria RNS..
Non-equity development funding
The Company can confirm that it is progressing in negotiations, first announced to the market on March 2, 2020, with an international oil major in order to provide funding for Zenith's development objectives in Africa in the form of an offtake agreement.
Further, the Company has also entered into negotiations with two pan-African financial institutions for a loan facility that will be used to fund the acquisition and development of Zenith's growing portfolio in West Africa
Hi AGEOS,
Any idea how the development of a marginal field would be funded? Or the fee for the licence?
Expect an RNS soon, confirming submission of a technical and commercial bid as part of the Nigerian 2020 Marginal Field Bid Round which has now closed . This will have been submitted in partnership with an as yet undisclosed Nigerian registered energy company, as confirmed in the 16.06.2020 RNS.
