I don't mind placings, as long as it's done on a rising share price.
i]m looking forward to some substantial contracts to come in over the next few weeks. and, i wonder if the placing wasn't predicated on orders due to be signed, dependant on cash to fulfill the manufacture?
guess we'll see.
Until the next placing
Shares should soon be soaked up (or held, as only up 10% unless forward sold recently) so once orders start should see this burst through 3p and back to previous levels, in time.
Were they fake ?
Where is all the big contracts signed over the past few years and the revenue that comes with them ?
Sorry, OHS, I don't look at charts
Morning Blu, I went across to ADVFN to have a look at posts and also found this:

Do you follow this type of speculative charting?
OHS
Confirmed by RNS today
Poster there spotted some positive press coverage of Zenova at what looks like the company's extinguishers being very successfully demoed at a big event organised by the firm's new sub-distributor in Spain: https://youtu.be/4VqglfU2C4Y?si=GvooavGNc6LbuUBQ. Maybe that's why we had some real turnover today.
Creepy Crawley is on "Deal Down"
Rule 26 update due end of April at the latest so we should know by then.
1,700,000 gone through at 2.35p Overhang clearing?
Perry only had 2,33,000 left (2.19%) on 29th September per rns and well over 12 million traded since then so he should have been exhausted ages ago. Again Tony Crawley (now departed (Resigned on 27 June 2023 ) had 4,935,000 4.64% so (imo) does not explain current torrent of unloads. So still at a loss to guess where they are coming from.
Products promise much but need to see real traction when next reading update issued or might do a SED.
I’m assuming it’s Matthew Perry
Share price has fallen by some 43% (source Stockopedia) over the last 3 months. Whoever has been selling must have taken horrific losses compared to the placing price of 19p or approaching a 50% loss -v- the placing at 4p at the end of May 2023.
Why? From company web site products and test results appear excellent.
Could it be marketing weakness or competitive products have better traction.
Confused, as if the saying "The trend is your friend" is correct the slide could continue

RNS 10th May ([thermal] insulating paint)
"Zenova IP project with Liverpool John Moores University
Resulting in Lowering Fuel Bills, Lower Cost of Refurbishments and Improved Environmental Benefits
· Successful trial demonstrating Zenova IP just 1mm thickness applied moved the EPC rating from E to D
· Reducing heat energy consumption by over 25% thus lowering fuel bills
· Reduces U-value by 35%
· Reduces building CO2 carbon emissions by 19%
· SAP score improvement of 24 points from pretrial score of 121 to 97
Findings
All the results highlight the significant impact of the Zenova IP insulation performance.
The application of Zenova IP tackles cooling, heating costs and energy consumption; all of which can be reduced accordingly.
Zenova IP provides an economically viable solution particularly given the recent implementation of the requirement in the UK that all rented residential properties meet the minimum EPC standard of C or above by 2028. The penalty for not having a valid EPC will be raised from £5,000 to £30,000 in 2028."
RNS 16th June 2022 (thermal insulation paint and render)
"Testing Confirms Zenova Insulation Products Reduce Heat Build Up
Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of innovative fire safety and heat management technology and products, is pleased to report that the results of a recent test confirmed the insulation qualities of its Zenova IP thermal insulation paint and Zenova IR thermal insulation render.
The test was carried out by a leading independent testing company, Intertek, in accordance with testing standard ASTM D4803 to confirm how Zenova IP thermal insulation paint and Zenova IR thermal insulation render reduces heat build-up on steel surfaces.
In real world situations, heat build-up relates to the amount of heat absorbed by a surface, which then increases the ambient air temperature around the material and on the material's reverse side. It is the reason why the temperature in uninsulated structures such as shipping containers and modular buildings can rise considerably when exposed to prolonged sunshine and hot external temperatures.
The test, which was carried out in laboratory conditions, found that:
· A 1.33mm coating of Zenova IP thermal insulation paint reduced the rise in ambient air temperature on the opposite side of a steel sheet by 54% compared to an untreated control sample
· A 5mm coating of Zenova IR thermal insulation render reduced the rise in ambient air temperature on the opposite side of a steel sheet by 55%, compared to an untreated control sample
The following diagram illustrates the test results in simple terms: http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/0554P_1-2022-6-15.pdf "
@BigDom1, I appreciate there are MANY RNSs and it can be hard to spot what you are looking for at any given moment. I trawled back for you, I may have missed something but this is what I've found so far:
9th Oct RNS (FX fire extinguisher and sprinkler fluid)
"Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED) , the innovative fire suppression and interdiction solutions Company, is excited to announce that it has been informed by MPA Dresden institute, a European Union-recognised certification centre, that both the Company's Zenova FX fluid used in all of Zenova fire extinguishers as well as the 6 and 9 litre fire extinguishers have all successfully completed the battery of regulation EN3-7 tests required for European certification. The official test results confirmed 34A, 113B, 75F and E for the 6 litre and 43A, 183B, 75F and E for the 9 litre fire extinguisher.
The formal certificates are expected to be received by October month-end which will then allow Zenova to market its premier products to retail and industrial customers requiring the highest certifications.
In addition, the Company is likewise pleased that it has just received its inaugural order for its FX 6 litre fire extinguisher immediately upon this news.
Thomas Melchior, CEO of the Zenova Group, commented, "Passing EN3-7 certification for both our fluids and extinguishers, is clearly a major milestone in the Company's short history. The team have been working hard to create distinctive products in the marketplace and gaining EN3-7 certification is a crucial endorsement of that effort and further supports the Company's growing competitive advantage in the marketplace." RNS 30th August (Fire Protection paint)
"Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), is pleased to announce a further major development in the certification process of the Company's products, as Zenova's FP fire protection, intumescent paint has successfully been fire tested by BRE. This latest certification will directly impact Zenova's efforts to supply the construction market for Zenova FP applications for fire protection on steel.
Zenova FP fire resistance tested
Indicative Fire Resistance Tests were performed by the independent testing house BRE using BS476-20 and BS476-21:1987 testing standards.
Tests were also carried out with Zenova FP intumescent coating applied to various loaded and unloaded I-section steel columns and fire resistance tests were performed in accordance with EN 13381-8:2013."
(and there is an image of the test results on the RNS)

Naughty little UT at 3p. I hold a a decent chunk of this. Seller been quiet for a few weeks now. MMs gone fishing.
Question: Directors currently hold [undiluted] around 5% of the company each. Does anyone know what they paid for those shares?

Has the company got any credible 3rd party certifications like Kite Mark ?
At least the narrative is getting clearer and the Company is becoming more visible in its IR/PR. A couple of major extinguisher clients coming out of an industry consulting group like Bells and Two Tones in yesterday's RNS and it would producing recurring revenue that would make the current market cap look pretty miserly. I love their FP paint, but their extinguisher fluid formula genuinely looks like magic (the video they show in the middle of the interview is kind of amazing frankly) and I'm getting much more bulled up over the prospects of that side of the business. The sample orders in quick succession in both the UK and Germany seem genuinely encouraging.

Never going to happen with sub standard products in a crowded market that dictates ad spend to create revenue.... they have already lost and the loss will out way any revenue.
Anyway, where are all the contracts from the previous years :(
They will then go back to 5p
Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), is thrilled to announce that first deliveries of 13,654 units of Zenova FX500 handheld aerosol extinguishers for the USA market to our recently announced new sub distributor Petra Industries, 7,500 units have been purchased from Omnis, our distribution partner in the USA.
