A bit misleading but what Jimzi is been trying to say but being ignored is that we’ve got paid for the tech contract as per the conditions of the LC.
If most of the money raised in July was to facilitate the tech contract you would assume that now that the tech contract has been delivered and paid for (as per LC terms) that the money would now be sitting back in WSG’s account (along with any profit).
It’s hard to believe it’s being ignored, money in the bank and money coming in from Tema totally change the landscape here in regards to the quarterly compulsory raise!
I read that email response with the theme to Simon Bates’ Our Tune in my head. One for you oldies :)
Poor old PF. Tbf he makes some valid points. Fair play to him.
If I was him and I received your abuse you know how I’d respond, it wouldn’t be as politely as he does.
“Just sell ya shares then ya whinging c4ntboy...don’t you think I’ve got better things to do than reply to you? You f’ing c...
LOL!!!
Zebedee. He follows the magic RMsabout , just like Florence. Dylan, however, is still contemplating where his carrot should go.
3£ million....where does this figure spring from?
And finally
No doubt what I say above will not change your opinion of the company but hopefully that will change in due course. What I can say with absolute confidence is that we have a very hard working and committed team, including the BoD who are striving to build the business and achieve our potential.

Watching the Apprentice and Lord, what mental age are these robots idiots - I fear for the future - a glittery unicorn looks like a vibrator- and the tosses don't realise. I’m so lucky to have cats and dogs to discuss the woes of the world. And we all agree . Brexit sorted
For info. The full text from PF , I am sure he will not mind me sharing as it does not contain anything not already in the public domain
Thank you for your email although you have made your feelings and frustrations quite clear.
Whilst I do understand your frustration with the SP I do not share your pessimistic view of the business.
From the near collapse of the business during the 2014 West Africa Ebola crisis, we have recovered and shown double digit growth every year since 2014 and as you will have seen from public information that we are forecasting another significant increase this year over 2018. That is an achievement.
We did secure and sign the Airport Security managed services contract in Iran and despite attempts by some detractors to belittle it due to the US unilateral withdrawal from JCPOA, it was a monumental achievement which my staff and I worked very hard to secure. Had the US not taken the action it did – which was not expected and the rest of the world condemned, we would have another $20+ million of annual revenues. That may yet come back one day if the geopolitical situation changes. That was an achievement.
We have secured several multi-million USD contracts in the period you mention – that is an achievement
We have secured the Tema Port managed services project which is another excellent achievement – whilst formal contracts have yet to be signed, as announced, we are appointed, we are operating there and we are receiving payments – this is far from the pessimistic picture you portray. Indeed it is another major achievement.
We have expanded our network and profile, we have built alliances and signed joint venture agreements with key organisations, we have successfully delivered projects around the world and we have received numerous customer endorsements regarding the quality of our services. These are all achievements and there are many others I could point to. Not all directly impact the SP but it is building for the future.l
Of course there are frustrations and things can take longer than expected or not always work out as planned, that is business and we are operating in challenging markets, we are not unique in that but the positives we have and are achieving far outweigh the negatives.
Of course shareholder sentiment, to an extent driven, is by the SP and the reverse can also be the case. I am pleased to say a number of shareholders remain very supportive and believe in the business whilst I accept others, such as yourself, have a different view.
You make comments regarding our shareholder engagement. We do provide market updates at the appropriate time but we are not going to give a running commentary on project negotiations etc. which inevitably leads to endless debate and speculation on public forums and as you have been a shareholder for many years you will be well aware we have made this point several times. I know some people would like us to provide far more information whilst others criticise u
