JL76… Are you smoking something lol
He will cut and paste this from his 2021 H1 report;
The business model and opportunities we have been developing over the years have created a foundation from which we can deliver significant growth and sustainable revenue streams and build shareholder value. The recent large-scale long-term contracts we have secured which will provide an upward step change in revenues, the recovery and growth in our existing operations and the numerous new opportunities we are developing underpin our confidence for the future growth of our business.
Whilst acknowledging that there is still global uncertainty and delays may still impact the delivery of certain projects in the short term, providing the expected easing of restrictions and delays and the resultant recovery continues we are on track to meet full year expectations. We are however confident in our 2022 and future forecasts. The Board and I remain committed to delivering on our significant growth potential.

Tag team trash talk in full flow today I see! C'mon mitsy wants his sup penny buy in. Keep it up boys...just jingle and 21 left to chime.
And we haven’t hear a peep about the “internal prime” that will partner with Wsg on the DRC opportunity.. funny, I cannot see it mentioned on a single RNS.. but it was in one of the Wsg presentations…. Pete described it as good news as it increases scope… sounds awfully like Tema in commercial construct and likely again to not be the lions share coming our way…. Funny how we are not getting bashed by the rampers leading up to Thursday and no doubt a mahoosive new contract is only a placement and ratification away…B
It also shows that fowler lost his grip on reality and was selling investors a dud based on his delusion. he kept back the location but gave all the details of a lucrative contract- he was consumed with his own greed and incompetence
In DRC he also publicised a lucrative contract and chose not to divulge that his main negotiating partner had been imprisoned for embezzlement
I tend to agree misty... to coincidence.... sorry, I mean timing of the Westminster IRAN announcement "Where's Wally" and Donald throwing his toys out the cot being simultaneous was just bad luck wasnt it?... I mean Pete has a signed contract that seems to follow the same pattern as DRC in that although it was signed it still needed a "board approval"... code for ratification I suspect that never materialised.. and Trumpy then crashed the party...... Pete still sees IRAN as one of his greatest achievements.... looks like he measures success by er well "failure"........... B
Never believed it existed.
Another pipe dream to get a placing away imo.
For balance JL76:
Nuclear Deal Increasingly Unlikely As Iran Strengthens Ties With Russia
By Simon Watkins - Aug 15, 2022, 7:00 PM CDT
The prospect of an imminent new “nuclear deal” between the West and Iran is looking increasingly unlikely.
A senior political and oil industry analyst highlights that there is very little chance that Iran will be willing to make the one concession the U.S. needs to move the deal forward.
The cementing view of the United States came on 9 August with the launch of Iran’s ‘Khayyam’ satellite, built almost entirely by Russia and powered into orbit from the Russia-controlled Baikonur cosmodrome.
But keep trying... looks like we may need to bury 2 dead parrots...

Fowler needs to be reminded that he has destroyed shareholder value.
He needs to feel some discomfort- otherwise he sees SHs as a group of irritants
Thanks Aiming… Pete will put it down to Traders syndrome…. On a serious note… H1 is going to be a big deal….He could blame covid for 2020 and 2021… 2022 was a big bounce back for the world apparently…Pete had all those irons in the fire at the end of 2021 that unfortunately slipped in to this year…. are they all going to slip through his fingers in to 2023?….. last chance saloon me thinks and all his corner stone investors who bought at 4p and 5.7p must be getting bored…. B
Yrabs and Angel. Superb comments just forwarded them onto the Fooler on LinkedIn. He does read all my messages just doest reply. Told him we are all looking forward to H1 results on Thursday and the outlook for H2 lol
Common guys DRC project is old news now (cash raised already to fund it). Sweepstake for F'up Fooler is A) New MOU by secret project worth £100M (needs more funding for i.e. cash raise), B) New contract with local supermarket suppling PPE for pets (needs more funding to scale i.e. cash raise), C) The Mary Rose aka Sierra Queen was sunk due to previous owner damages, we need to buy it back of eBay and put it back to service (needs more funding to complete repairs, i.e. cash raise). D) We've realised we have no idea about security let alone how to run a business so we have decided to go into cryptocurrencies developed by AI quantum-watumacallits (alot of pre-contract discussions needed i.e. we need more cash )... Oh I hear you are worried about all this cash we are burning to fund our lifestyles (ahem).. pay our mates (ahem) I mean burn away with crackpot ventures... don't worry we are showing next level revenue growth and we will pay you back in dole money and fag packets with the word crypto on them. GLA
apologies for the mixed metaphors.... for clarity this is the Parrot Pig...... lol.....B
well.... this is the "big" week.... Pete will issue H1 on Thursday... the parrot should provide an indication as to how dead he is.... I expect a little sp movement leading up to Thursday as peeps take a bet on how deep a grave we need to dig..... Pete will be putting stockings and suspenders on the Pig alongside copious amounts of lipstick.... lets see who takes a liking to the pig once the curtain is raised....
so:
will he provide a glowing outlook for H2 to take away the disappointment of a rubbish H1.. No doubt he will have to tell us if DRC will happen in Q4 and more importantly will it put gold in the coffers... same with Liberia and KSA... He will no doubt suggest all is on track to stop the sp tanking sub 1p... and then tell us a new version of the truth in Nov as forecasts dissolve....
Come on Arden lets have a new 2022 and 2023 report update..... I think currently 2022 revenues are forecast at £20M.... haven't read the latest Arden report for a while...
Good luck everyone
B
700000 pounds over what period, lol any profit in it, surprised this company still going.
Yeah, Well there was no need for the extensive rant. I have been reading your posts for long enough to know where you stand now. The ferry was clearly a disaster but that what's you get for getting into something you know nothing about. A lesson learnt I suspect. Iran was a risk I agree but it would have gone ahead if Trump hadn't made that impossible. The pandemic, could have ended the business. I am sure he knew that and could see that only the market could save it. It did. Tema was a foot in the door, the transformation was the steady income it is generating and potential new contracts it may lead to. You do not know what is going on with DRC nor do I, but they do need to move on this soon. I don't think anybody believed the revenue forecasts, they were truly optimistic, sorry lies. I like Arthur and Delboy, was never a fan of Bob though. Is the Parrot dead? We will find out next week. Chin up! BP
Bilge, you are funny..... Firstly the SA contract you mentioned was announced in December subject to the standstill..... so of course that was going to turn up in early 2022.... in fact I am not entirely sure that it has been started or finished yet... maybe H1 will tell us.....
As already stated, Pete is as Liar... he misrepresents the truth to keep his scam going.... and regarding your comment that he is "optimistic" rather than "lying" well lets see some evidence of that optimism:
1).. The Ferry ....remember the £500M revenues RNS headline........well he never made a penny, rather he bought a million pound ferry, flogged it on HP, then felt sorry and let them off
2) IRAN.... He ran us round in circles with his "Middle East" Airport MSC.... There was NO WAY he was going to tell us it was IRAN, because we would have run a mile.... It was/is one of the most unstable countries on the planet... so Pete was very optimistic and once again it came to nowt
3) The Pandemic..... Pete fooked the whole opportunity up... chased mango masks and vending machines... promised the world... for a security business... I think we were probably the only related business who didnt make any mobney, even with all his government contacts he still couldnt sell anything
4)TEMA.... Well we were "the lions share", a transformational deal"... became a "meaningful" deal..... became a quid a container.... that was optimism
5) DRC.... Well, he ejaculated early there didnt he...... promised "boots on the ground" in Sept 2021... told us ratification was a formality.... optimism again.
6)Revenues for 2021.... All the way up to October 2021 he promised revenues in excess of £13M...... had to fess up it was closer to £6M.....
So... thats what Pete calls optimism is it?,... I think its misleading the shareholders....... He is an old school family business man.. sort of Arthur Daley, Delboy rolled in to one.... but also has the Robert Maxwell feel about him....
I think he will probably know that DRC is dead and tell us he doesnt like being messed about so cancelled the contract, just to make it look like he is not the sucker......
Have a nice day...
B
Fowler’s extraordinarily poor record since 2012 generates a lot of discussion -I am not sure why at this stage
His bi annual placements have kept the company afloat-and he has been aided by an atrociously dishonest nomad
It is clear Pete was referring to the SA contract when he said The sizeable contract wins he said that would hit the books late 21 or 2022…" You just wrote "er nope none have arrived".
I rest my case. I suspect Mr 500k was hoping to instigate a move of the price down but for some reason nobody bit.
So what bit of manipulated truth was false?…
The sp fall of 75%…we have gone from 3p to 1p
The sizeable contract wins he said that would hit the books late 21 or 2022… er nope none have arrived
Prey tell “Peter fan”…. What have I manipulated as we sit at 1.3p with 3 trades a day averaging £100. Apart from mr 500k who knows something…B
