I been watching this share a lot since I started with the company in November and it reached its all time high of £51, I am now due to leave next week as its a poor company to work for unfortunately and very disappointed with it as a company, poor payers who want the world of you. I stated at the all time high that this share would drop and it has I have shorted it too and will continue too. Theres a lot of things happening in the background here, redundancies etc changes etc. Personally I would sell and buy back, not trying scare monger but from my experiences and what I have seen this looks like it will continue to drop. If I'm wrong I'm wrong but I have a nice 500 point spread before I lose my money. Good luck with what ever you choose.
rollercoaster share price today
New CFO reason for price jump today ????
good start to the day
Crazy 26 hours, 41.50 to 46.88
On currency moves, divi outlook and Brexit follow-up IT looks as though WOS may have another 3-4 % to go by EOB Thursday.....
with most earnings coming from USA divisions, the strength of the dollar v pound will add to the bottom line.
Future earnings look good and with £ likely to dropped yet more WOS looks good going ahead and one off he better shares to have in current climate.
drop or rise ???
Apologies for board hopping but- The petition is going quite well; ~5275 signatures so far. Although it really needs a turbo boost. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/112044/sponsors/frRbCOsOLO6QqIN82UOX This petition was stalled in parliament since 12th Aug 15; finally green lit on 12th feb 2016. The FCA have finally responded, claiming its nothing to do with them, try the Stock Exchange, now is your chance to have your say. If you hate seeing buys reported as sells etc!!!!!! Has already been sent to Martin Lewis, Daily Mail, Moneyweek & Watchdog. My local MP supported this petition by writing to the petitions committee to help un-stall it. There’s 650 MP’s in Westminster, So have you written to your MP? 649 to go! If this petition doesn’t reach 10,000; then imo we might as well have not bothered as it will almost certainly be filed B1N; @ 10,000 the government should respond. We are currently getting approx. 100 new signatures a week, but need 3x that amount to reach the target with only 15 weeks to go. So – If you haven’t yet signed or indeed have but haven’t passed it on to others, then now’s the time to do so. If each person who has signed can get just one other person to sign then we will double the total immediately. I have posted to all aim listed gas n oilies, currently doing the footsy 100. But I can only do so much to push this. Really need you guys & gals to help. Thanks to all who have signed so far.

Wolseley downgraded on US market fears http://citywire.co.uk/money/the-expert-view-taylor-wimpey-thomas-cook-and-shire/a858559?ref=citywire-money-latest-news-list#i=6 Plumbing group Wolseley (WOS) has been downgraded as gross margins and market share gains become harder to come by as the company grows. Deutsche Bank analyst Tom Sykes downgraded his recommendation from ‘buy’ to ‘hold’ and reduced the target price from £44.15 to £36.25. Wolseley rose 27p to £35.86 yesterday. ‘In line with our cautious view on the UK economy we downgrade to “hold” and recommend investors looks at less cyclically exposed stocks,’ he said. ‘Wolseley’s valuation is still elevated relative to history for similar points in the economic cycle. The company has a very strong market position and in the long run will continue to take market share but by the management’s own admission, gross margin and market share gains gets harder the longer the cycle goes on and this implies a relative derating of the stock.’
This share should see a boost today from the exclusive talks they are having with Opengate Capital to buy their French business. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20151111005215/en/OpenGate-Capital-Enters-Exclusivity-Wolseley-plc-Acquisition#.VkQrcpu1BcM.mailto
