Ricky290, I'm in almost a similar postion. My Break Even point is £1.56p
Like you I can't see me ever getting this amount, but ever hopeful.
Fingers crossed that Roy is a magician who can turn this thing around.
‘Need operating profits of 10-12million a year.....’
Aska will sort that out.
Well the median P/E of oil and gas companies is around 10, so using that to get to 50p, a market cap of £120m, they would need operating profits of £10-12m a year.
At present that is very unlikely considering where we are at present, yet if Roy can eork miracles who knows......
I need 65p, I'm not holding my breath.
Only need shares to hit 2 pound to get me money back have I got a chance ??????.
Awards would have expired in August 2022 for Diamond Dik. No details but presume terms allowed them to keep them after leaving the company.
Dactions. Seems they were issued in June 2017 in lieu of cash bonuses at 41.5p per share, under the annual bonus plan for the previous year. They were issued to Andrew Diamond. Foo got a similar amount and Dik got c422,000.
The only saving grace is the issue price of 41.5p. Just imagine if they were getting that now at the current SP. That would be another 8 million shares.
If it's Ahmet Dik - I think it's disappointing that we don't have details. Whoever it is, even at the current low price it's worth approx £10,000 - can't help but feel 'sour grapes' on my part.
News Business In Cameroon
Dangote Cameroon claims to have sold 1 million tonnes of cement at the end of September 2020, i.e. 39% of the market share
https://www.investiraucameroun.com/actualites-investir-au-cameroun/1811-15589-dangote-cameroun-declare-avoir-vendu-1-million-de-tonnes-de-ciment-a-fin-septembre-2020-soit-39-des-parts-du-marche
68 is correct in that they are historic nil cost share options. Begging bowling no longer needed by whoever's got the options. Not showing in the last full set of accounts
More details required to show who it is and what terms
see they,ve got the begging bowl out then !!
Somebody has to pay the fat cats and I guess we are the suckers !!
More likely Dik I would have thought.
He's still working out his notice whereas Foo is an ex employee. Would've thought share options would lapse on leaving the company
So he we go more free share to a former director so is that Foo by any chance?
Apologies, soulac your post got lost amongst the noise.
Here's a comparison from Serinus Energy:
'MOFTINU – 1004 WELL FLOWS 6.0 MMSCF/D ON TEST
02/11/2020
Jersey, Channel Islands, 11 February 2020 — Serinus Energy plc (“Serinus”, “SEN” or the “Company”) (AIM:SENX, WSE:SEN), is pleased to announce the flow-test results of the Moftinu – 1004 well. The well flowed 6.0 million standard cubic feet per day (“MMscf/d”) (approximately 1,000 boe/d) on test. As previously announced, the Moftinu – 1004 well was drilled to 1,000 metres. Read more…'
Here was our RNS:
The well was opened up on a 16/64" choke and was beaned up to 32/64", and as of 5 p.m. GMT yesterday was flowing approximately 19 MMscf/d with a Flowing Well Head Pressure (FWHP) of 3,580 psig. The full potential of the well is highly likely to exceed the capacity of the plant, which is 20 MMscf/d...
The theoretical AOF (Absolute Open Flow) potential of La-108 is estimated to be 50 MMscf/d (though this is to be confirmed following analysis of all the test data)....
Thus on a pro-rata basis:
19 MMscf/d = 3166 boe/d
50 MMscf/d = 8333 boe/d
So yes, using the converter 8900 boepd seems about right.
No need to report me. Just delete me.
Only the second time in your current guise that is
His résumé.
Garrone- who highly recommended him?
Re "Oh and remember he sold his VOG to buy DEB and TC which went bust. VOG might fall to 2p-3p short term. "
For God's sake 68 change the freakin' record. You're boring the arris off us all.
You and your mates have had your pump and dump fun, so why not move along and find some suckers elsewhere. Everyone here knows you're an insider.
And he comes highly recommended!
So what's different, oh yes, Roy is now in charge of the hopper
Garonne - they have been telling us the same thing for years with little or no result. I would have been a lot happier if they had said "we maintain a "Hopper"of additional gas sales opportunities, including new and existing customers, power and thermal use, some of which are in the process of being signed up"
Sales opportunities are just fluff
As Roy Kelly put it in our last RNS,
"we maintain a "Hopper"of additional gas sales opportunities, including new and existing customers, power and thermal use and will now pursue them earnestly."
Considering La-108 is now fully repaired and flowing 20MMscf/d, massively increasing our P1 reserves, attracting said new opportunities is very realistic and I feel achievable in short order.
basically they cant. they are running out of money dont know why the share price shot up not as if they have come into some money . i bought £2000 worth at 16p and i thought this year was the year it was going to make a profit.i thought that resupplying eneo was gonna be the life saver thats gone belly up so ive now wrote this one off as a lost cause .
Well the sp has done well over the last few days but it's all just hype and rideing the crest of a wave , vog are still in the same position as they were ie running short of cash and NO new contracts and this wave of hype will just end in tears and the sp will drop back to 2-3p in a matter of days.
Where are all the customers to provide enough cash / profit and pay off debt?
