Placings. And that's the point, when we were in the early stages we expected placings because no money was coming in. And yet here we are several years later having been selling gas to a supposedly gas hungry Douala basin for 4 years now and still being screwed over by these greedy and inept barstewards.
One thing they are good at though is enriching themselves.
Printed. Watching and waiting for the bottom.
Not necessarily Mickey.
The Royalties are due on the quantity of gas produced, not necessarily paid for.
You like to dish it out but you run and hide when you're caught out ?
Are you long or short or out at the moment ? Or are you now so confused that you cant remember ?!
You and Jed seem to want to monopolise this board, but one of you definitely doesn't hold shares and the other - well ??!
Filter me - really - pathetic little man ! As i say you can dish it out but you don't like it coming back...
Thanks for that - I guess it depends on ones entry and exit points to ascertain how your libelous labels should be attributed.
NB Keep speaking it down - I am loving it.
So if Bob is correct and I have no reason to doubt him, then VOG can only issue 35M shares which at 10p would only raise £3.5M.
Is this enough to cover the next Royalty payment?
ok, Bob. you are not sharing the answers. i get it.
Boob.
Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooob
come on, Bob.
Bob, "The max number of shares than VOG can issue is 35 odd million. Its in the articles of assocation" help Jed out Bob.
Bob?
if resolution 4 Bob, then do you think Jed might have thought "unless...varied" might have allowed for the issue of more shares than a further aggregate nominal amount of £241,766? would that not be a reasonable mistake, Bob? (if even a mistake).
which ARTICLE Bob?
Or do you think you meant resolution 4 from the AGM?
Resolution 4 – Authority to allot relevant securities
Under the Act, the Directors may allot shares and grant rights to subscribe for or convert any securities into shares if
authorised to do so in a general meeting. It is proposed that the current authority be renewed to permit the Directors to allot Ordinary Shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £241,766 and for a further aggregate nominal amount of £241,766, provided the Ordinary Shares are allotted for rights issues to the existing shareholders. This Resolution renews the authority granted at the last AGM and it will expire at the start of the next AGM unless reviewed, varied or revoked by the Company prior to or on that date

please direct jed to the article you mean.
calm down.
what article? where are the articles? maybe lead jed through your point. just saying. or try filtering him?
Cheers, I can't see that with limited service I get!
It does matter as a house broker with all the information at hand should be able to estimate a value over the next year or so.
FirstEnergy Capital (Joint Broker) if I remember right were bought out by GMP Securities and obviously still known as FirstEnergy Capital
If you know anything about vog , it's that they will simple change the rules to suit them with a agm etc.
If it's just 35m shares at 10p then there will have to be another placing within weeks/ months.
sorry - noone is in the clover, bar Foo family.
on my level 2 sharepad they were RED and sells but never the less it was a lot of sells and only time will show the true facts on this !!!
