Awful share. Useless Ceo in a useless index, run by rigged MMS, in a pathetic govt. What hope have we got. Think mm watching my buys , as they arealways in top 10 fallers. Astra, vod. Glen .Lloyds, to name a few. Our ft index is 30%down on average compare to other markets. FFS.
Sid, they will be a lot cheaper when VOD announces what most people who research thoroughly know, that they are continuing to lose customers in Germany at an alarming rate. Be cautious all you who keep spouting on about “no brainers” etc.
Agree newsid ,not sure who posted this originally but here is some figures .

70 proved to be a good support level time and again & might be the last opportunity to load up @ this level. This is now cheap as chips
This share is toilet
Where is the floor??
Jax what do your losses look like this morning?
I am going to buy into any weakness as I think this is a cracking opportunity.
Vod is a joke
It only ever knows one way
You cannot accept Vod is a dog of a share
Don’t reply I’ll ignore it you’re boring me
Nobody here takes you seriously Jax. You have been called out and roasted on most days. You are a joke 🤣
I’m about to look behind my curtains Avo
Come out come out wherever you are
"Not hoping that’ll be the case but suspect it will be."
Of course you are hoping it's the case Jax. You call VOD lower every day of the weeks whilst pretending to hold shares in it.
Jax have you sold your shares yet and what losses are you looking at now?
What will your loss be if it hits 50p
Tell us Jax, the board is seriously interested.
Factored in already imo
What isn’t factored in is the larger than expected customer losses in Germany. Not hoping that’ll be the case but suspect it will be.
PJ making a big money transfer to Vod - that would be funny
It might be factored in but they only now so much or pointless having an numbers update. My opinion is this is oversold, but we’ll see, I could be wrong.
@15:18 It's the ROC in an oversaturated market that's the problem for Vod & 3, and the reason for the share price decline, if the merger is blocked it's not clear that the expected cost cutting exercise is going to improve the situation.
VOD is my biggest holding by far & I’m still adding on every opportunity when I paid , my average is 80p & although I’m down around 8k i still believe this will come good, I’m in no rush for the money so happily picking up the divi & hope we be back £1 plus in 12 months GLA
It can make it anyway, this is just the same as Shell and BP saying windfall tax will stop investments, just for show and keep regulators off the grass
Price increases are already factored in, the bumpy ride looks set to continue until there's a change catalyst of some sort.

VOD could easily make the investment if they stopped wasting cash on divs. It’s up to the shareholders if they want to milk it now till it’s dry, or build for a future.
I has decyded to predic £1 for Fryday.
Danny boy is back today an I don t wan too set Im off.
Altho 70 pence is my reel figuur oviously
UK looks very cheap atm. Wait until we results get issued for companies later this year and the value will show. Mansion house speech tonight will also give a little wake up shake to a few overseas people considering investing. Now is a great time to buy cheap uk stocks imo.
Porsche, I am buying cheap UK divi stocks right now as I think the return over the next 10 years will be far superior to bonds/gilts.
Brexit has done enormous damage, and will continue to do so. The cheap UK stocks are that brexit gift, the only silver lining.
Well there she goes - up - Jax wrong as usual

…the article in that brexit rag the telegraph re BT is a rehash of on a old drivel article, it’s rubbish, hence bt share price not moving. Their shareholders would never allow them to pump more money into a pos like BT, it’s an historical investment that has been a disaster for them, a bit like any investments made into the U.K. since 2008.
Nobody is going to bid for debt ridden junk like Vod ffs. Anyone invested in dividend crxp like Vod, BT, GSK, psmn etc deserves what they get, a good investment right now is US T bills, short dated or U.K. treasuries which will be north of 6 pc soon, with zero risk, what muppet would buy U.K. listed dross when you can get a 5 6 or maybe even 7 pc return risk free. Duh.
