I agree, EVO will be looking to raise funds to increase their option relating to the Tungsten mine. I have been in VENN for a while now and expecting very solid results and some decent upside once the seller is soon clear.
Buys now showing as buy.
I hold here also, my feeling is EVO are selling their holding as it is not core to their new strategy + need some funds to exercise an option in a tungsten mine before 6th June. I am trying to bid lower for stock but no joy yet, hope to get more before they clear or results but only at a bargain price. Potential here looks solid, good luck
in 3 lots. Nice tip Riddler.
As well....done well here before.....results should be soon
Nice one. Is it easy to buy and sell?
In results should be outstanding here target high 20s to low 30s on short term trade.
A bit more interest, maybe a catalyst for the next leg up. As with most of these AIM shares if the BoD achieve anywhere near what they are looking to do then VENN could/should see a decent return from here, or even from the Dec update, I can’t believe I’ve still got a share that’s in the blue, lol Switching off again.
three trades this morning showing on ISDX
"As we continue to expand our Pan-European footprint and attract more and more sizeable contracts"
i have to agree, regarding showme
I was referring to the ISDX market (VENN last traded there 02/04/2015 but only 26,121 shares. So, instead of just giving me a link you feel the need to write a post where you try and stand alongside KaChing (a respected poster) and quaff about how you are the only one that really knows what is going on. The rest of us being mere mortals. What a arrogant C@@K you are. Don't worry I will phone the NOMAD and look on the website and find the II tally when I get home. Showmethec@@K - 6 posts. I presume you are on your n'th ID. Mainly because of your personality.
Oh my days. What is going on in the world. Good luck AGAIN KaChing!!!
This is not the first day that VENN has been down on no trades. Couple of questions to long term holders: a) is this sharetraded on other markets on a regular basis? b) has anyone done any calcs. and phonecalls to establish the percentage of free float? Not invested here but am interested as it seems to be doing all the right things
accept that is most likely scenario, but it is ambiguous, anyhow, enough on that matter, nice to see some big money flowing in to VENN
To me it’s very clear that it’s a change in percentage because of the increase in shares after the placing, they calculated their holding based on the new shares in issue (no. 13 of the RNS), hence the drop in percentage but not in the amount of shares, anyway I’m just repeating myself, if you are not sure then maybe you need to get in touch with them their number is at the bottom of the RNS There is no rise on the buying because the shares bought were new placing shares
if you care to read RNS - where does it say how many shares Hendersons hold after transaction ?
i know what you are referring to - but it does not say how manyshares Hendersons hold after the transaction , it could be as you say a reduction in percentage terms , or they may have sold, without them stating their holding it is ambiguous , if everyone is buying and no sellers , why no rise ?
Summed up very well KaChing. Spot on. Correct. Good luck explaining!!!!! Henderson may not of been invited to the party!! Doughpea1 do you think you have the necessary knowledge to be investing your hard earned money. Genuinely concerned for you!!
It says they hold 1,691,667 shares and that didn’t change after the placing …… the RNS is just adjusting the percentage they now hold because of the increase in shares after the placing has dropped their percentage below 5% Basically they didn’t buy any shares in the placing and they haven’t sold any either
does not say how many shares Henderson holds though
Henderson held 1,691,667 shares which was 5.97% of VENN before the placing ……. they now hold the same amount of shares but their percentage has slipped because there are now more shares in issue after the placing
are you sure , the number of shares after transaction stated as below 5%
Yep another ii taking a big position and Henderson didn’t take part in the placing but they do still hold the same amount of shares as before
major shareholders calculus - and Hendersons dropping below 5%
