No worries. Was bored so thought I’d check on val 101 which I now know is licensed from imperial college.
So valirx don’t own 101, 201, 301 or 401 !
Nice bit of work roses, thanks.
It looks like ownership of the ip is dependent on where valirx is in developing the compounds. If valirx are at human trial stage then the ip is theirs to be brought and sold (or asset stripped) if they haven't performed then 201 might revert to CRUK.
Usually, agreements such as this will have clauses written into them that in the event of default of any terms whether it be bankruptcy or or non fulfilment of obligations will result in the license agreement being terminated and returned to the owner which in this case is CRuK.
Roses - does that mean if we go into administration that CRUK can just licence the product out to some other company? Or do the patents protect us in some way? And if I read that right it’s not even a Valirx discovery? Had always assumed it was our masters that had created this product.
Bank fool, it’s well documented.

Roses, not saying you are wrong, but the gov UK website doesn't appear to reflect that. More interesting is that 201 isn't even ValiRx's development!
We await a new start.
Nice RB ! - we await the starting gun............
Morning all we await high noon.
L2’s prepped for it @
5 v 1

Bank fool, CRUK owns 201 and licensed it to val.
Thanks , tcxman, just worked it out, but I don't understand why they would have an interest in any valirx ip?
thought it was cancer rearch u.k.
Hi roses, who are CRUK?
I think CRUK might have something to say if gm thinks he owns the ip ?
That’s a pretty poor attempt at as heid would say ‘decamp’ or as I would say, a ‘’deramp’’
https://www.gov.uk/search-for-patent
Here you go
The search I would use is the Espacement search.
The results are kinda interesting
I did see you can search for patents on the gov UK site.
Timenottiming. You are completely wrong. Not sure where you are getting your info from as it’s well, completely wrong !
take it easy Heidhoncho you getting stressed out
“decamp” not “decamp” .......... bloody autocorrect
“the patents are owned by Valirx”, are they ?
The only thing being owned here is you.
If you want to attempt a decamp it is best to ensure that you cannot be readily shown to be a Billy Bullsh*tter.
And you clearly were unable to even pass that first hurdle.
For example, and just taking the time to research one of numerous patents, you will see from the attached that the patent applicant was Cancer Research Technology Ltd, which is an arm of CRUK.

So, not in any way owned by either Valirx, GM, or SV.
You children really do need to raise your game, otherwise your lack of acumen will have you acting like mackerel in a tank of sharks ........... gobbled up for breakfast, and sh*t out by teatime.
IMHO obviously.
Have u verified it? Have you checked? Or simply told it?
Q.... if was case, why would they still be here? ip’s patents all that is going on????
Following on from my post earlier, I was told the IPs are owned by GM and SV, the patents are owned by Valirx, for what their worth, which is zilch at the moment.
