Yes Vestor I still believe that’s the plan something didn’t go to plan with Medmen but that doesn’t mean to say it isn’t going to happen with another major Ccc are a vertical integrated seed to sale Cannabis Company now with a huge potential imo !
We can speculate until we are blue in the face, but what is for sure zorbas is stepping down from MRS & Captor I believe at the end of this month. I wonder why seeing how much of an arrogant man he is to just step aside without a plan?!
Was*
Wansnt not his plan to sell ccc off as well ?
Exactly Wia who owns Niketo!? Same address as Alegana Enterprises and Corrales ! Looks like he’ll have a quite little bonus if there’s a JV / Sale !
How about thank you for your great work Mr Zorbas at captor here is your leaving bonus 15% of Uru metals into your holding company! Sorry can’t remember the name of zorbas company and captor shares offloaded and still in zorbas hands?
Maybe he is charge of Canada side and other guy is in charge of America . Wouldn’t hurt being more experience people.
Anyways doesn’t matter my hope here is minimal
“Acquisitions will be selected based off of synergy, possibly with current existing brands, locations, and operations. Initial geographic focus will be on California and Nevada as these are high growth markets, with large populations and direct synergies.”

"We are excited to have an executive with the experience, business acumen and pedigree of Dene Rogers join Captor Acquisition Corp. as its CEO. He is a consumer-focused and strategic business leader with a long track record of success. We are confident that under Dene’s leadership, we will see tremendous growth in our U.S portfolio of cannabis assets,” said John Zorbas.

I totally agree with what Anto is saying in regards to why have Ccc employed a new CEO for their “U.S portfolio of cannabis assets” when it seems that’s where they are focused on just in the USA !
When is jz stepping down from ccc, I tho he got ceo for subsidiary company?
Did I miss something ?
Haha I like that :)
Ah yeah thought you meant Ccc not URU, thanks for clearing that up
sooner then as those dates wont tie in with both parties :)
also he can produced them early with the divvy instead of late like he did last year for when he was a being a divvie
Sorry, not sure if I made it clear but I’m referring to URU Accounts that are due 30/9/19 or sooner they hadn’t included all the account info and disclosures last year as mentioned in my previous post
Im not sure King but as of 1st July 2019 they still held all URU shares.
Yes agree ofd.
I know it’s not two weeks away but it’s next month, It will be interesting to see the year end account.
Corporate Governance stares:
“It has not been possible to incorporate all of the annual report and accounts disclosures required by the QCA code in the Company’s annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 but as noted above the Company intends to include all of these disclosures in the Company’s annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2019.”
I wonder what wasn’t included in last year accounts ending 03/18 ?!
HOpefully esp when nickel is on the run
So 2 weeks til they have to submit accounts, divest from Mining etc ....
