Agm - new board mean business. Ready from the off..gla
The market cap is immaterial here . The £900k cash is sufficient for the deal that will be announced early January, fin tech block chain partner secured on precious metal I have heard . This will take off in a big way, aim shell was required swiftly , fasten your seat belts and enjoy the ride !
My bad about 50k & 100k respectively 'Peter Redmond and Melissa Sturgess will be interested in 4.2 per cent. and 8.3 per cent. respectively of the Enlarged Share Capital. In addition, Mr Redmond and Ms Sturgess have been granted options in accordance with the Share Option Plan, details of which were announced on 4 December 2017.'
Scissors...it's just speculation by posters, yet i tend to agree. I am considering investing. Blockchain can make shell companies massive as there are no end of potential applications, if URA go down this course...imo Totally speculative...but that's the contrarian in me...... Blockchain..explained and its many applications... good luck all.... https://www.pwc.co.uk/industries/financial-services/blockchain.html
No doubt we'll see all the long term sticky holders appear in the New Year
& director dealing. £36k would of bought 3% of comp. I suppose it's Christmas.
Yes made most of my 2017 profits in this type of set up. Mellissa is highly regarded and hasn’t taken a directorship for a while now so she’s here for good reason. Expect fireworks to begin in the New Year
Trade is my bed and isa Early bird buy zone here
Blockchain would be fantastic, what makes you say that if you don't mind me asking
Not in yet Jordan...just looking and doing a bit of dyor........price is right, if they get involved in blockchain....imo
Just noticed 1.5mil market cap?!
Applegarth! Only just realised your here, what price did you buy in at gla and merry Christmas 👍
Lets think who's going to solve global warming issues? Tech advanced countries perhaps only ones can do it? But they give all money to bailout banks and big property owners after 2008 wiped out a generations wealth. Therefore time to possibly formally charge the masonic order with gross negligence against the long term security of our people or give the money back. Interesting in Jersey they pride themselves on being low carbon economy. How? - an undersea cable from a french nuclear power station! Who paid for that? Tax payers or tax avoiders? I can't believe one of possibly the cheapest sources of uranium has been halted for the lack of 10m pounds and our people are investing in Brighthouse . About sums it all up except for lack of establishment pay cuts when country was bankrupt. Then i suppose they all toddle off to church!!
this is a high risk share lead by great directors with AIM experience and are going to “give value to shareholders’’ they have no assets and 900,000 cash pile. lets see what this company’s going to do. Worth investing, what happens if these experienced directors find a fantastic opportunity, they might not but that’s all about the risk and fun of it, so it’s define worth a punt
Melissa Sturgess, Director, commented: “Peter and I look forward to identifying a suitable opportunity for URA. We have both participated in the capital raising and have been very encouraged by the high level of support we have received from the incoming shareholders. While it would have been possible to raise considerably more funds than we did, we believe that £900,000 is sufficient to achieve our objective of identifying a really interesting opportunity for the Company. http://uraholdingsplc.co.uk/downloads/20171221_completion_of_placing_and_new_strategy.pdf
Page 5, http://uraholdingsplc.co.uk/downloads/20171204_URA_Circular.pdf Enlarged Share Capital following the Share Capital Reorganisation, Capitalisation and Placing 267,566,611 Market capitalisation of the Company at the Placing Price following the Share Capital Reorganisation, the Capitalisation and the Placing £1,204,050 Should be minimum 0.45p based on MC, basically cash shell with no debt and a lot of profit can be offset against tax, this is beneficial to any company turning over profit to take advantage of this and listing on AIM. As soon as any asset(s) is acquired, MC will be based on potential of acquisition. I've seen companies like this to be minimum 2.5 times SP. As you have recently heard Blockchain/Cryptocurrency is big, if they mension anything in this, it will rocket. e.g. On-line plc in october simply mensioned they will be changing name to On-line Blockchain plc, simply on this SP roketed 400%. I have no doubt, Melissa and Peter, will follow through an acquisition, as proved themselves on previous AIM companies. Peter: restructuring/reorganising Kennedy Ventures plc and 3Legs Resources plc (now SalvaRx Group plc) Melissa: recapitalisation of Messaging International plc during 2016 which subsequently changed its name to SigmaRoc Plc, acquired a building materials business via a reverse takeover and raised £50 million Warrants at 0.9p, no one will exercise these unless share price hits over this price. I also emailed someone listed on NEX that is wanting to list on AIM as well, and told them that URA is a cash shell with no debt, plus tax benefits. They emailed back and said "We have had discussions on this vehicle. They already have a strategy in sight unfortunately"

Sadly we have Govs who give trillions to rescue big landlords, housing, construction and land banks/crown estates Sadly the above then don't give the money back Sadly only a £10m drop in this ocean was needed to prove up or rescue URA Sadly our politicians who didn't volunteer pay cuts in 2008 seem to work mostly for the people in the top line and not for the next generation or climate change reduction All very sad. To end up a shell to be kicked through the hands of god knows who Uranium Resources was better investment than refurb of house of commons. Not supporting it has cost us £425,000 A bit of advice for younger investors. When establishment say there is recession don't trust that they will do their best to extricate their people from it. Establishment en bloc refused pay cuts and refused invest substantially on own part. They took tax payer money to prop up their assets (austerity). Politicians, Councils, economists don't have any method to speed recoveries to a degree one would expect in 21C. Sadly some people use downturns as opportunities to re-invent the 18C! Also I don't think religions generally get it. I mean golden bricks of all nationalities/religions quite prepared to accept bailouts and none say ' no i'm rich, i can't take money from poor'. A decade after 2008 establishment IMO need to reflect that they didn't do their best and that they owe their nations a sum equivalent to half their property values (for the 90% bailout). This is owed to the infrastructure budget with interest at 4% from 2008. Owed to the reduction of climate change and for a fleet of modern power stations. All establishments, masons, religions, govs IMO need to own up to this in writing otherwise democracy is essentially a fraud. Merry Christmas
Is that figure correct after consolidation or is the figure to be re-addressed....taken from LSE here ?
What’s everyone thinking for tomorrow then, will it drop even more?or gain back to .1 maybe
No no and no, and again no. Stop misleading PI's
Metis 20 or Akramms, what in your opinion would be a fair entry level to this share and why? Can provide your thoughts on this matter.
