Interested parties looking at UOG for JV partner to unlock $23 billion NPV to UOG, oil and gas
Wise words from Jono. I like how EarlofRampers replied on his own thread and not this one in the hope that his pumpy titled thread stays at the top of the list. I'll not be posting anymore today as this is a classic ramper tactic. Keep the board busy so it appears in the hot chat topics to try and get attention. Then always have a crazy rampy thread at the top of the board.
Petroinvestor
told you many times, when you come Sp goes up..... UOG not seen by many but this is what you failed to recognize..... Not in the business to ramp a non starter, this will not only Start buy will go on a run........
Potential NPV10 of c. $23 billion* to United at 100% working interest over the c. 25-year production life of the licence based on successful discovery and development of the 2.4 billion bbl of unrisked mean prospective resource potential.
- Success-case breakeven oil price of c. $25 per bbl*.
- Conventional exploration and potential development techniques, featuring the potential for a low carbon emissions oil development.
- Significant interest from potential industry partners with marketing to scale up considerably following confirmation of licence extension.
Very sad trading out of newbies.
Ginger hippo
All company needs to do is reveal the interested parties and Sp goes crazy run like it did in He1
Juno
to make life easy for you
most AIM companies don't have income
let's start with over £200m Mcap companies like #GGP
EUA etc....
then these #UPL GST QBT
see my point,
AIM isn't about income it's about how much revenue it can achieve in the future.
GLA and Dyor before its too late
The facts about uog
No income
No production so oil price totally irrelevant.
Nobody interested in a farmout in Jamaica.
Waddock cross hasn't produced oil for 10 years and no definite decision on when they intend to drill and uog might not not even participate.
Uog have had a default notice served on them by kee the operator of abu sennan for unpaid bills amounting to $3.8m.
Uog have an outstanding debt to bp of about $1m.
They had $1.3m in cash.
Anyone thinking of investing in uog should do their own research, don't listen to gh or Earl.
Better to wait until end of month to see if they have paid bp and if they have settled the default notice before making an investment based on misinformation posted by rampers caught in their own trap.
Earl,
Petroinvestor is just going round lse copy and pasting the same message everywhere with zero thought. just check his last several posts.
Which is the next company with Mega Oil and gas potential?
Well look at 25 Jan Rns on UOG, yep, Mms missd it completely.....
UOG $23 Billion NPV to UOG....!!!
not seen this sort of NPV on any AIM stock, read RNS 25 Jan.
mega potential
Petroinvestor
it's not pumped...... no one here to pump it, stop drinking so early
:)
This is being pumped by the usual pump-and-dump crews. Stay away, or you will be left holding the bag!
Hi petroinvestor, I have worth a look
taken from 25 Jan rns

This is what happened after License extension.....to 2026
the word significant signals some parties really wants this.
Significant interest from potential industry partners with marketing to scale up considerably following confirmation of licence extension.
Early, thanks for your posts. I fully agree with you.
I've been posting stuff like this for a long time but it's been like shouting into the void. The market has treated UOG badly at every stage. But, like you say, what's done is done. We are extremely undervalued for what we have.
Any major (or even mid sized) O&G would be mad to be unwilling to pay a measly $8.5M for a chunk of this potentially huge asset.
And if successful it would prove definitively that there is commercial oil there and $30M for drilling would be a total no-brainer.
Have conviction, confident Blaimthrower
It's all in black and white

Once again. Multiple posts that could have been done in one post. Ramp city.
I'm aware of the recent RNS. It's the same as it was 10 years ago. Nothing has changed. Even when oil was $110 a barrell they couldn't get a partner onboard.

Interesting Parties circling UOG,
Looking at recent RNS
Blaimthrower
o dear
you still living in the past, past is history, look to the future
You said 6p was coming very soon. That was 2 years ago.
There's another 2 posts a minute apart that could have been done in 1 post. Why? This is rhetorical question. I know why. You're just ramping this stock. Like you did 2 years ago. Since then the SP has crashed.
Of course £40m is pocket change for a major but this asset has been around since 2014. Tullow couldn't get a partner to farm in with them and they ended up taking a $38m hit to dispose of the asset. That's how valuable this license is. Someone lost $38m just to walk away. So 10years this supposed super license has sat there and the majors haven't touched it. I wonder why that is.
10 YEARS!! This license is worthless. No one with the cash to develop it wants in. UOG are skint so they can't do it themselves
Blaimthrower
6p is £39M Mcap
could it be the likes Exxon, Chevron or BP buy UOG for £40m?
£40m for $23billion NPV is pocket money for these big oil Giants.
Blaimthrower
6p is coming, just wait till this news gets to big oil company, they will bite UOG hands off for $23billion NPV for a tiny Mcap
6p will come, buy not today and
5 seperate posts in the last hour that could all have gone into a single post.
Welcome back this week Mr Ramperson.
When do we get to talk about you telling us that UOG was going to to 6p easy and we should buy when it was at 3p?
