Further to the announcement of 31 March and the suspension of trading in the Company's shares, discussions with Mr Paul Bell are ongoing. The shares remain suspended. Assuming the Company is able to proceed with the proposed Fundraising as detailed in the circular of 17 March 2015, it will need to provide a further update to ensure that Independent Shareholders are fully informed, prior to their approval being sought regarding the Waiver. Accordingly, the Board intends to adjourn the shareholder meeting convened for 14 April 2015 (and the associated AGM). The Company will update shareholders as further information becomes available.
LOL I'm insistent because of the plain and simple facts, news will be muted while investigation are under way, have to wait for the feds to release news. One sure thing he'll have the best lawyers to fight his corner, something pi's could only dream of.... Miserable skint Christmas and Easter, who's got our money, probably on another island..!!
I have, it's so so obvious. Obvious who recovers 100% of their money. Obvious who was relieved of their money. Obvious that we will have massive dilution. Obvious that our only line of defense is vote. Obvious our vote is lost if successful. Obvious that delist threat will reduce the sp Obvious that prolonged uncertainty will reduce the sp. Obvious our vote will be will be lost with yes vote. Obvious that our money and vote will have have disappeared. Obvious that company majority shareholder can do what takes fancy. Obvious that we will be unable to have a future say. Obvious that the plan has been successful so far.
If you would like me to apologise for offering an alternative point of view to the one repeatedly posted on here--sorry but I cant do that If you read my post properly you will see I DONT think this is all about ME. Of course I understand the anger and frustration of investors but I do think I am entitled to air my point of view on here without being contradicted every time---Let other investors make their own mind up. I only post as I see it as it stands . I will apologise to this bb if I have been too repetitive with my posts. I don't see why you need to jump to Woolies defence he seems quite capable of defending himself. I have no agenda and that is as far as I will go on this subject Get real we are all just nicknames on here nothing personal
Any further news on PB. Is he allowed to run a company while on bail for fraud, is he allowed to use his shares to vote. is JS still about?. Any new news at all?
From what I see you seem to think it's all about you! Why don't you kindly tell the BB what share price you got in at and maybe your other alter egos whilst you are trolling around watching wlw's every move. imo .. anyone who got in at above 0.5 has already said goodbye to their investment and to put more in at this stage of the game under ults proposals is rubbing salt in their wounds. So loser come clean as to why you are so hell bent on convincing others that you are right and wlw is wrong. I am not an investor anymore, ... but referring to your 9:13 post If you would pay for my train ticket I would gladly go to the meeting, I think most would if you offer to pay their expences.
What a clever little chap you are . This is not about you Or me Subject closed as far as Im concerned you carry on
Isn't that ditto, my posts are reply to others, as this one is, kettle calling the tea pot syndrome, isn't it... Apart from that, isn't this a free BB for investors to vent their frustration or glee of success. You are telling the board, that your posts are for others benefit, you should join the business planers who put the deal together, perhaps then, be first in line for ALL money back with Mr Bell.....
I think your strategy is to saturate BBs with your posts which deters most posters from airing their views and lets your views be the most prominent. Nobody posts as much as you do just for the good of others
Doesn't matter the plan has been executed, nothing pi's can do. Wealthy investors are led by top notch advisers and legal team, some fools have given up their only right for the future, up a creek without a paddle, our fate is set, we are helpless and skint, tell the bod that see if they care. Do they remain on full pay....our money down the Swanee river...
I wonder how many of the posters on here who have openly accused PAB and J. Smith of fraudulent dealings will have the guts to go to the meeting and confront them face to face. Or are they just Keyboard Warriors
We gave it for free.
..but at least we're free.
Thanks mate, think we've lost the lot anyway.
vote done as well

I will be voting NO. Try and retain my only remaining right after my money has gone, vote yes, we have nothing left, except diluted shares from orchestrated collapse last August IMO, give the company away under resolution terms. Company, ask investors to give up their only remaining rights, dodge aim regulation to buy company at the going rate. See RNS statements and share price tagged to them, as confirmation.
I have applied for my options and will phone Halifax tomorrow to vote yes to all resolutions if things stay as they are. At present I can see no other choice. If the BOD say without this package the firm can no longer trade I believe them . Thanks for all advice to the counter given on here but I don't buy into this conspiracy stuff .Face value will do for me. Call me old fashioned but if I see a four legged animal with horns standing in a field and it goes moo like a cow I usually come to the conclusion it IS a cow . My thoughts-----overtrading and there is no room for sentiment in business.
DITTO...
I have been in shares for 50 odd years some u win some not but have never been ripped off before this one...will post my proxy off tomorrow ,wont make any difference but I will feel better
Lot of investors in the same boat all without legal or advisory team to help them, private investor need to try...... However if the fraud is true, we are stuffed anyway imo. Don't need btb, want our money back, in our dreams maybe...but that will help....
Genuinely sorry if you are losing a lot of money but posting continuously on bulletin boards wont help to reduce your stress levels . Look at the section about Thinking Errors in the BTB programme it may help.
