Heid:
“I would say OGA approvals imo.”
Really? I very much doubt it. The OGA seldom get involved at this stage. They prefer to be very much hands off, dealing with licensing and the bigger picture.
I doubt you have any real clue what the OGA are responsible for and what their remit is.
Heid: Another clueless, narcissistic individual, a self appointed Wikipedia expert. Useless.
I would say OGA approvals imo.
Heid, You seem to have your finger on the pulse then.
What “approvals” are we waiting for and who from? Council? OGA?
Heid: We are waiting for approval not permits
Nothing in the environmental permit that needs amending imo.
Girl Power X
So any advance on these:
Company: We are awaiting permit approvals (No evidence of any permit applications having been made)
Backwardsman: Company are awaiting permit approvals
Mixter: No permit applications can be found online because none are necessary. All permits are in place.
Ponkey: I’ve spoken to Bramhill and he said we don’t need permits, it’s all done with a “conversation”.
Rudey: We are not waiting for new permits (as the company said in RNS) we are waiting for existing permits to be reviewed against compliance.
Anybody else. Ha ha.
They are awaiting approval that the existing permits comply. God, this is tedious.
Priceless is PDMSPiper trying his best to put down the fact that we are now on a solid financial platform for UJO to begin it's journey to a Mid Tier company.
“The permits are being reviewed to see if they comply with the use of the pump. Not new permits, they're already in place.”
I see. So the company says they are awaiting permit approvals, but you, Rudey, now say it’s just a permit review. A permit review that’s taken five months and counting. Really. Got any more gems up yer sleeve. Ha ha. Priceless.
The permits are being reviewed to see if they comply with the use of the pump. Not new permits, they're already in place.
On talking to DB yesterday morning, prior news, he said that he did not believe a formal application was needed for WN more a “conversation”. That was my genuine take on our chat and no I also believe he had no idea news was forthcoming that afternoon.
You know who the idiot is PDMS, and it aint BWM or Mixster.
I agree Rudey. Backwardsman is an idiot. It’s obvious to all that no permits have been applied for. Even the most basic of research reveals this and its corroborated by self appointed Rampmaster Researcher General, mixter, who also agrees that no permits have been applied for.
I find it incredible BWM, that someone who has been responsible for post after post criticizing the West Newton operation for months, hasn't even been bothered to do this basic research.
Backwardsman; As you should be aware, all permit applications to the EA, OGA and local council are a matter of public record. I can’t find any applications for any permits by Rathlin appertaining to West Newton or anywhere else.
Maybe I’m missing something. Please post the link to the pending permit application. Thanks.
For the record: Mighty Belle on twitter (Mixster) says there are no pending permit applications because none are required. This position contradicts the position of the company though. It’s all very confusing.
AJamesW; You seem to have your finger on the pulse. What permit approvals exactly are we awaiting for WNA2 EWT to resume?
Will be interesting.
Will the SP slowly drift downwards until further news.
Is Humber the hold up regarding WN?
Now that Wessle has got permission to produce could Humbers share help raise their share of funds for WN.
