Much as the behaviour of others fascinates me, I am amused by the effort that goes into trying to analyse and rationalise the smallest of moves in the share price on an hour by hour basis along with arguments about what are buys or sells, when ultimately every trade has to have a buyer and a seller.
If the price had gone up or down by more than 30% then it might be wise to look for an underlying explanation of something unusual having happened. Most days normal trading volatility causes the share price to fluctuate by a few percent, so might it not be sensible to assume that todays move of about 5% is more or less what happens most days, that is a few folks sell and a few folk buy and that overall today will probably end up being little different to any other day in UFO's recent history.
We are all here because our research leads us to believe that at some point in the not too distant future our share price may have moved up by several pence... is a move down of 0.05p today really all that significant?
Something fishy going on with HL.
Will take 5m in one go, but been NT to buy for the last 3 hours.
Either short, or someone making a big entrance.
GLA Aliens
*sorry silver options should expire @12:25 Central Time (CT) which is 18:25 in UK.
@livestock. The buys are buys. I've been getting dummy quotes at same prices today.
I'm now getting NT to buy 1M again, but can now get quotes to sell 4M shares.
Silver options expiry should be done.
Looking fun :)
The share price down 5.88% the sells are showing up as buys again this could be another 6 months before any news of a JV
any one going to the AGM this week
We will see silverhorse if we could get over a penny it would give me some confidence to give it another 12 months
Leweyman - your shares will be worth over 4p very soon
1.15p to buy 5 million now
@Leweyman, we just ticked up. The dip was bought by people who have researched Hamersley & Elizabeth Hill.
Meanwhile for all yr false trade fantasies we are hurtling towards .65 to .70
I'm getting NT to buy 1M shares, but can get quotes to sell 3M.
How can that be
Max111 - Got a 5million buy quote 1.10p
Personally my thinking is very much rooted to historical reality Leweyman - there is a defined and proven route to taking discoveries through exploration, development and productions stages :-))
12 months? More like 12 weeks
Getting dirt cheap again - saw this before with other stock it will rocket up
I don't need my money back however I do find it frustrating the constant slide from my average of about 1.25 to where we are now bar the odd tick up which makes me wonder are we being played by people who in the meantime are trading the margin getting frustrated and venting frustration on here does not make me a doomonger some people on here are not what they seem I for all my inexperience am we will see what happens over the next month or so but maybe like some of the blue sky thinkers on here are inferring perhaps this is not for me maybe next week I will feel different who knows
The sector has had a big impact. Look at SILJ. It was at 18 on 1st June, now at 13.7.
But analysts are saying that is about to change after silver options expiry today and FOMC meeting today, with rate decision tomorrow evening (UK time).
Precisely. Be prepared to sit patiently for 12 months minimum here. If you need your money back before then you should really be using a bank. We are all taking big risks here but our research tells us that a tangible, monetisable asset (could be) near. Something that will inject substance to our fundamentals and will reposition the Value of the company. In answer to the question earlier about 3p value triggering exodus, you’d hope the next time we’re at 3p we have proven at least one major asset, and at that point 3p might be paltry compared to where it could go. With a tangible asset proven, 3p would be part of a sustainable upward curve (possible) and so would attract buy volume in droves. It. Is. All. About. Substance. Be patient while our team attempt to reveal that. If you’re bothered by minor fluctuations now, take up watercolour painting. I myself hope that you stay and get to revel in the joy of collective vindication. G L A.
I think the thing is perspectives and how they differ amongst PI's and II's.
PI's like us are happy to take the risks of early exploration (think Lassonde Curve) but we're also highly sentiment based and many attempt to trade the swings.
But as a discovery moves along into development and then production (and Max made a good point in the fact that timelines are fairly short here compared to PM discoveries) then you need those official stamps/documents as such along the lines of JORC MRE's, feasibility studies etc. to attract the II's and also to get past the stage of not just being an explorer.
And although we have a shorter timeline - it will still take time.
You can try to time your entry and exits or just wait it out and over time see gains, of course our commitment at this stage does depend a lot on speculation until we start to tick off those milestones and see proof of the potential by the very good results being translated into JORC classified resource estimates and studies.
Don't invest in junior explorers if you don't like jam or irratic SP movements. Bill is a man of action , I have every faith patience will be rewarded here.
So now that we are back at .75 what does this mean are we not all gonna be millionaires now have to say my patience is beginning to wane with this constant jam tommorow position
15p would do me...
Watch this jump 1.50p
Wow, can now sell 1M @0.855p.
Buyers are coming in.
Price will run back up soon with buying pressure.
We went from 0.84p to 3p within just 4 trading days last October!
