No, Warbrother, neither I suspect are most of us. Presumably I can get more bang for my bucks with TYR at 1.25p than TYRU? Would be risky to trade between them. Wonder what happens in the event of them ever paying a dividend? Another annoying thing is that they still only announce news on TYR board (see above). Private equity company CriSiren have acquired another 2 million shares in the company to pass the 5% threshold, which I'll take as a vote of confidence.
Hi guys i'm not happy about the confusion between tyru and tyr. Today tyru was up 21% and tyr down 19%. The confusion this creates does little for investor confidence . Are u hearing this Bruno!!!!!
Not really sure of difference but 1 is up +13% and is down 7%. Is it just the spread or is someone selling one aNd buying the other and trading between the 2 to make money
Thanks for your comment my shares are under tyru. Well here's hoping for the future guys animal health or bust!!!!
there are two classes of shares. They have different rockers and different prices
So what is it tyru or tyr?
Don't know about u guys but I can't get todays share price . Strange.
Sorry to see u go breton59 keep an eye on tyru u can always jump back in. Thanks for the i teresting info Ivyspivey. The market is hard to please but staying with tyru not willing to take a loss right now
I've decided to bail out , only been in Tyratech about 12 months but decided to take the loss and move on. Wish you all the best
Wb666 lol live in U.K. About 3 hours from London so we could be neighbours. Used to work with one or two of TYRU guys so know space (AH) very well.
Thanks for your post Ivyspivey I value your comments i suspect u live in the USA i live in the UK about a 3 hour drive from London. I have a brother in Washington DC he told me about Tyratech. Well let's keep hoping guys just checked the share price up 8% so far today.
That will be their preferred option as they know the big bucks are in AH and that is the business they all understand and have the contacts in and where they want there future to be. It is also the industry which offers the great opportunity for their platforms in a whole host of species as well as needing a lot of cash to invest in the future. Also the structure of US poultry and pig operations means that if the trials go well which we have been told have the step up to big revenues is very quick as their are a few big producers-very oligarchical so need to ramp up production fast.
Selling HH could free up capital to the benefit of AH
Just watched and yes will depend on valuations of 2 business's but clear in mind moving forward they want to sell HH and concentrate on AH. It is the only option that makes sense and readily fits into where the BOD see the future
Thanks to Bruno and the Tyratech team for all their efforts Bruno spoke about shareholders in his last interview nice to know we are in his thoughts. It's the expertise that counts.
In relation to Pure Science a multiple partnership deal could be great because it could help prevent a single company takeover. Good for Tyratech and good for us. Let's all hope guys.
The Strategic Review seems to say that the company will keep the human health division because of the limited cash requirements and would be looking for "some type of private partnership and/or investment" for the animal health products division. We already know they are involved in a number of joint development projects with some of the big players. But not necessarily a takeover. It is all guess work till further news but I'm upbeat about these results.
Tyratech has cash flow limitations just like many other small companies hence why the big boys always control the market. Tyratech is being watched.
I don't know whether Tyratech would be taken out by a buyer, more likely to sell Vamousse in my opinion. Looking again at the recent interview on proactive investors Bruno said the poultry producers have tried and tested and now BUYING it's Purescience products .If they do sell Vamousse, they must have had great feedback to be confident enough in taking the company solely into animal health arena. All guess work for us at the moment !!!
Let's all hope the share price will rise as much as possible before the big change happens. Vamousse was always limited one aspect of the technology platform.
Ok guys animal health has been well received the technology platform is shining through but it needs the big push from large scale investors a take could be on the way . We all knew animal health is where the money is big market potential .
Well I always thought they would sell Vammousse at some stage and after just watching the latest interview with Bruno on proactive investors the only question is,for how much?
No real surprises in the prelims imo. There seem to be plenty of opportunities for Tyratech to generate shareholder value imo. In the circumstances the offer of stock today at "just" 1.75 pence is perhaps unlikely to remain available.
and I take back my comments about Vamousse. It's clearly gaining market share and sensibly focused on the US market. It's also clear that we are going to need serious extra funds to continue with development of animal products. Could we be heading for a flotation?
Finally out.
