Wigs "All speculative fluff with no substance."
With the deepest respect, may I point out I was replying to YOUR post "Hmmm, what happens if there is no gold"
Wish I hadn't bothered now !
My last word on the topic. However, you confirm my point. All speculative fluff with no substance. Nothing of substance beyond jam tomorrow so far. Let's revisit this conversation in a couple of months.
Wigs hi, sorry TW as this is off topic but not a lot going on here !
As I said the SP is being held back because of a number of reasons.
1. Awaiting further Results from Havieron.
2. Awaiting further Results from Black hills.
3. Awaiting further Results from Firetower and others.
4. Possible talks on another Joint Venture.
5. Possible talks on a buyout of one or two of GGP's 6 projects, could be BH or FT.
6. Other talks maybe on a total buy out of GGP or a % holding / JV's of other projects.
These are SP case sensitive so this is why the SP has not moved yet. On any news we will see an instant rise then maybe a small fallback again until further news. Remember GGP are an exploration company and not miners, that is why they got into a farm in agreement with one of the Worlds largest and best mining companies Newcrest. All drilling and associated costs are being paid for by Newcrest at no cost whatsoever to GGP.

There are many scenarios that just go on and on and being fair this is off topic and some may not want to hear about GGP.
Maybe go onto the GGP board and read some of the RNS's for more info.
Cheers
Tom :-))
Well, hope you guys are right. However, if significant gold deposits have been established, why has the SP not risen ? I think you mean to say that samples have showed promise subject to further qualification, which may, or may not yield gold in commercial quantities. Like oil, gold deposits are not uncommon, just that they are more often than not uncommercial to develop. Either way, time will tell. Whoever turns out to be right can stand a round :-)
Bamps Ditto :-))))))))
Hi Wigan
I see you are another non believer:))
Loads about including my lad
My cousin has joined in after I told him about them and he ran a big miner in Canada so he knows
The assay results show loads of gold, so I am staying as a believer:))
Wigs hi,
Only thing is that they have found gold, and Havieron is said to be Massive, Black hills and Firetower have also similar finds and awaiting results, so as far as No Gold is concerned that's a non runner. These are the latest results from Havieron and you can see for yourself.

To paraphrase the old adage ... "There Gold in them ther Hills.
The SP is being held back for a reason and many think a possible part sell off, another JV, and other deals that we are awaiting news. Have a read of GGP board.
As far as I can see its a risk but one well worth the gamble, this could be life changing for many that have held, plus I am doing ok for now, far better than my long term holding here ATM, but things will change here for the better too, in time.
Cheers
Tom :-))))))))))
Hmmm, what happens if there is no gold. To paraphrase the old adage ... an unproven gold mine is nothing more that a hole in the ground with a bunch of liars stood atop. As we know markets anticipate, and so far they have not seen fit to move the GGP SP forward. IMHO I would be very careful, very careful indeed
Wow Tom that's a lot you will have more reddies than Buffet soon :))
My biggest small share is Cerp not got anywhere near that. Cerp is buzzing doubled my money last week my fingers are crossed for it to quadruple in next few months, if Ggp come in as well I be able to afford a dinghy to tie to your yacht:))
Then there's UkOG rig due soon they already paid for my loft conversion :))
ATB:))
Owls hi again,
By the way on paper I am down nearly £40k here and up £16k with GGP so not bad for an AIM company. As I said this is a normal fall because the waiting curve for results, this would happen to all companies if outstanding results are not yet at hand, drilling and assay results take months to carry out, hence the fall back. This will fly soon you can bet on it.
ATB
Tom :-)
Owls hi, bit off topic but re GGP.
No problems at all, my average is 1.60 and they are 1.765. The only reason for a temporary fall back is that we are awaiting assay results from the core drilling and other results. They have already confirmed that what they have seen so far are excellent findings, read up and you can see for yourself. I have just bought another 1 mill over the last week so I now hold just over 10 mill of the blighters.

If you have any spare cash have a punt if you think it worth it, I have big time.
