Jarv55,

When a new medical approach is used it is open to market abuse - if you are interested in the science this Duck Duck Go link may be of interest:

But of course I am an idiot who has no understanding of the science...

nomlungu thanks for the info appreciated time to start really digging into the research here.
Jarv55,
Apologies if you think my comments might be obnoxious...
TRX are ramping up production of their pelvic mesh solution but it is costing more than they expected and their other products have had a problem breaking into the US markets as they are based on pig tissue or fetal tissue. The deputy POTUS does not like this:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-11-18/j-j-vaginal-mesh-lawsuit-approaches-judgment-day-in-australia
The damages awarded in Australia will feed into models. Obviously I am expecting a placing but TRX are not in the AIM 50 Index so the sell offers do not show on Turquoise. It gets confusing - I was offered 0.465 a share during the drop.
Technical staff necessary to enable the second shift in the original San Antonio facility to become operational have been recruited and are in the process of being trained. Monthly processing throughput has already more than doubled in the year to Q3 and these additional products are expected to become available towards the end of Q4.
The Company is working closely with its existing outsource provider, CTS, in order to increase the yield of its DermaPure® product after also announcing the launch of DermaPure® Non-Oriented, for use in surgical and uro-gynaecology applications, at the American Urogynecologic Society conference in Nashville in September. The Company is working closely with its strategic partner, ARMS Medical, on the roll out of this product.
John Samuel, Executive Chairman, Tissue Regenix plc commented, "We have excellent products for which demand is exceeding our current capacity. Therefore, our current focus is ensuring we can increase our capacity to meet this significant demand."
nomlungu I am well aware they need to recapatalise what I am asking is will revenues cover some of that? Do they have anything they can sell? Or will they get a cheap buy out from someone with cash to take the company forward like has happened at Bry recently? Or will the finance company allow them to draw down tranche 2 in Feb if revenues improve?
What do think is going to happen discuss?
Old News Jarv55,
TRX are so 'flush with cash' that they need to recapitalise as they stated in last weeks RNS:
'MidCap has agreed to add the repaid $5.5 million of Tranche One to its commitment amount under tranche two of the Term Loan, which consisted of $5.0 million and now consists of $10.5 million ("Tranche Two"). Access to Tranche Two and the final tranche of $2.5 million ("Tranche Three") of the Term Loan remain in place, however the drawdown of these tranches is now subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time.'
TRX could not be more open about the need to be recapitalised before they can continue to draw down loan funds, which seem to be required to complete the new clean room to boost production to get to a cash flow positive position.
But who cares about the facts on a ramped share?
Or will they need to place or sell something of jv with someone via equity to get more cash on the books?
They have basically taken back 5.5 mill in cash and taken away the covenant testing restricions until July 2020.
They have then given them back the 5.5 mill by adding it to tranche 2 to be drawn down at their discretion.
So if the revenues are up by feb 2020 would the finance agreement be triggered and they then have the 5.5mill to draw on?
One thing I am unsure of is this the dates of the original loan and bare with me on this
a) Tranche One, unconditional and drawn down immediately following execution of the agreements for the Facilities;
b) Tranche Two, to be drawn between February and April 2020, contingent upon $5.0 million net equity proceeds and subject to agreed revenue targets for the from dCELL and BioRinse product sales; and
c) Tranche Three, to be drawn between February and April 2021, contingent upon agreed revenue targets from dCELL and BioRinse product sales.
Are those dates still in place?
I dont think my ticker would hold out day trading Jarv lol
Sitting tight until we have a the TR1 and we can move freely.
Got in with a nice low average so no stress regardless for me.
Just find the unbeknown to me interesting,
Best of luck
Jarv,
I'll have a read on the advent board on the train in the morning, looking at the rollercoaster graph, I bet it was a fun or grim place to be at times. Trx is a hold.for me it make sense I can see why woodford got involved.
Having worked in my day job with companies in situations alot more grim than trx position in the past, I can.see a bright future, a capital raise would be a good thing in the long run for those that are worried by this aspect.
Chill I am sure Woodford would not have sold here if he had a choice he was very keen on the company along with Invesco. Both funds in trouble its a tough game. If you have time go back to the beginning of the Advfn bb see how the story started see the ups and downs and how far they have come.
My understanding is that Tissue Regenix was not part of the biotech portfolio being hawked by Link - maybe they wanted to keep them or they were of no interest to the potential bidders.
A new manager appointed for the Link administered fund - excellent;
Wind up the fund - terrible.
I think that this is just a gamble until news about turnover / cash flow / placing / shareholder changes / etc becomes clearer.
Thanks Jarv i am not one to pop in and out for a day, i am here for the business model.
Holding for a good while unless things take an unexpected change.
After the rinse is done, i find it interesting to hear where the chartists see this short term.
All predictions welcome as my investments have never relied upon such.
MC shares in issue type of player.
Cheers
I didn't see much selling or buying today which makes me think the volatility is coming to an end traders who thought they were going to make 500% in a day move on, newbies sell at a loss due to the derampers, the smart wait and buy the dips, keep your powder dry incase that happens but fundamentals will win here.
Jarv,
Thanks for that, supports my 50, 50 view on link and what they will do, if they want maximise then they probably should hold / place. I have been sniffing round ex woodford stock and buying things that make sense to me. Cant quite fathem a few of his choices but some are good pickings.
bongabob we are in a wave 2 at the moment the sp is trading in a sideways range between 1.06 and 1.19
The mms may **** drop this down to 61.8% retracement at 93.4 but at the moment it is forming support at the 50% retrace of wave 1 https://invst.ly/oq9pb
Like Jimzi said try holding for longer than a day.
If you believe in the fundametals the small fluctuations won't faze you.
If you are day trading this then I am sorry I can't help with chart I am in for the long haul here or until it hits the 5.5p resistance.
cheers read mucho on this.
Charting from the wizardry factory on TRX ?
