Well it’s single invoice financing for the Lloyds Sme market. I would assume Lloyds have c5million sme customers and then that 10% use invoice discounting where a subset of those would like single invoice discounting. Average advance would probably be £4000 or so, and i would assume they’ll pick up 1% as a fee, so £40 minimum - that’s just for the tech delivery. So I would say it is material.
Further this tech naturally fits in other sme financing like asset financing.
For me this is a major / huge win. I’ve been buying buying buying.
All imo and back of packet figures from what I know about in general
Sounds very big with Lloyds what would the value of this to TRU?
.......afternoon......
How many other banks will want to use this service as well ??
This is massive news and totaly overlooked.
Why man ?? Its Lloyds bank ?
Massive agreement with Lloyds bank.......
TruFin is pleased to announce that Satago has entered into a commercial pilot with Lloyds Bank, whereby the Bank will license Satago's software platform for its customers seeking single invoice finance solutions.
trufin lied to me - should have been 15p really
Market didn’t wake up on this ?? Are u still sleeping guys
here at 21p but this company does so many U turns its ridiculous
Should the pilot develop into a five-year commercial agreement with Lloyds Bank, this is expected to have a materially positive impact on the financial expectations of Satago and, as a result, the Company.
Amazing news.

OT, I had a read after you nodded to this on the SAE board but only got as far as the latest report and when I read the following, I didn’t go any further:
The Board recognises that future growth will, in part, be dependent on the availability of future funding whilst acknowledging that our major shareholder, Arrowgrass, publicly declared on 13 September 2019 that it is looking to divest its investment in the Company. We maintain a constructive dialogue with Arrowgrass and we continue to be focussed on maximising value for all shareholders. The Board notes that the future strategy of the Company may include proposals to dispose of and/or reduce the operations of certain subsidiaries in order to accelerate further returns of value to shareholders.
Have you looked into this part and found that they no longer are looking to divest as this was last Sept?
