Statement regarding closure of Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited
The Company announced on 13 September 2019 that Arrowgrass Capital Partners LP ("Arrowgrass"), as investment manager, would be closing Arrowgrass Master Fund Limited ("AMFL"), a substantial shareholder of TruFin, and that in due course it would divest the investment positions held by AMFL. The Company has been informed by Arrowgrass that its investment management of AMFL will continue to 31 December 2021.
The Board remains in regular contact with Arrowgrass and will keep shareholders updated as appropriate.
