The reaction to the placing reminds me of the secondary placing they had just 2 years ago.
That too wasn't received well and the company ended up buying majority of the placing shares!!!
The placing was as the result of the ex-CEO having to resign after being found liable for lying.

Trmr(as Tap) then had a secondary placing to sell the ex-CEO's holding.

If you look at the trmr (TAP) sp history chart.
Shares rise on bullish comments and fall back on events:
In Jan 2018 the sp was around 500p. Within 18months, June 2019, it had dropped to around 120p, around 75% drop, based on events.
In that period, the company newsflow was:
April 2018:

Dec 2018:

Apr 2019 - Merges with rthm comb value $260m, talk of $700m revenues(never happened):

Apr 2019 - secondary placing to sell ex-CEO holding - the company ended up buying the majority of the placing shares due to lack of interest from II.

Therefore the reaction to the IPO was expected.
Huge placing.
Court cases.
Overhang.
Best to trade and not get caught out again.
this 2021, not 2018/2019!!! The company fundamentals have moved on as has the share price and chart representing the demand !
Are you shorting the stock on this old news flow?
You post news flow?!! The news flow you post has flowed so far down the stream that it was out to sea years ago. Yet you post OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.
What a tragic and charmless man you really are.
Again, the demand from UK investors was firmly brought back down to earth when the US market opened.
That's the problem with the dual listing, a vicious circle until news.
If things don't change soon, Ofer may find himself voted off as he was from Matomy.
"Matomy was led by Ofer Druker from its inception until April 2017, at which point he stepped down at the request of activist hedge fund Brosh Capital,[5] who thought that the company was being mismanaged."

Stt1,
Clatching at straws!
Are you seriously rumourmongering and suggesting that Offer has done something wrong and the BoD will change things?
Please stop! This is a new low.
Kindly Define soon!
And pray tell us all and the BoD/Offer what needs to be changed---we all ears, we need your pearls of wisdom.
Thank you and please reply---all share holders have a vested interest in what you now have to say or stop.
Admin, please can you deal with this individual ASAP, it would be appreciated by us all. Its good having constrain opinions but not of the nature that we experience day in and day out.

Stt1,
Further to your post last Friday, you did not reply, care to explain your rumourmongering and tell us vested shareholders, the Bod/Ofer at tremor, how you would mentor and help them with their business strategy. We are all eager to find out!
On Friday the 25th June, you posted----
