Google finance have a link to an einnews.com report that the global automotive energy harvesting and regeneration market is expected to go from $26bn to $105bn in five years.
Aviva gone, last 17m today. Polar long gone back in July. Henderson long long gone early in the year. Now its mm play party...
can't find any cheaper for any company looking for listing, a reverse takeover, pay out the loan holders, with surplus cash, technology IP, yady yady yady
loan holders want to take it over first, with a surplus 2m cash forcing it into admin (if they can) to scare any refinancing negotiations or force assets fire sale. cheap as chips...
Happy to hold
A cheap target now.?
A speculative buy perhaps .
People xxx
Not over yet will take my chances at 250 k market cap
They talk about "concluding deals" with "interested parties" for their technology, assets, and intellectual properties (500 patents) - including Flybrid Ltd. Does this mean they have some prospective buyers lined up ? Would this leave a main market shell ? I am trying to see some positives here, but this looks very bad. I have bought a few more today, as a wild gamble that these nearly two decades of research are worth something. The price of oil has gone back up a bit, and petrol engine hybrid vehicles are going to be around for a while. Usually in these cases though, the shareholders end up with nothing.
Perhaps the loan note holder will back off now.suddenly they come up with a solution..who knows .
With a rns title like that they could have told us how much cash they have in the bank as of yesterday. How much of the £3.7m has gone in 60 days?
WHEre does it say this???
Found my trades on nex http://www.nexexchange.com/company-all-latest-trades?isin=GB0002922382&listingtypeid=PLSL Currently 0.085 sell v 0.11 buy.
Might see some delayed buys, I took a punt and my relatively small trade is not showing anywhere.
Explains the drop! Expect the sp to start rerating soon.
Don’t understand why they can’t issue results...seems very dubious! Only got told a few days ago, and results are for until Sept! So how does this affect the results??
Holdings .aviva dumping from 9% to 4% .
Would September 30th - 30 November be a closed period ? Once the results are published does that mean the company it out of the closed period and directors / insiders / financing parties / etc can then buy shares? Possibly Buying large stakes on the cheap ?
At 30 Sep had cash 3.7m gross of loan notes 1.7m. MC now at about 0.5m should be 2.0m 400% upside easily. Just need to sort of Refinancing Remember this company is revenue generating, this time last year share price was over 4p Look at there final results ending March 2017 http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=TRK&ArticleCode=ktollsys&ArticleHeadline=Final_Results
The date 30th Sept has been and gone why would a loan repayment in Nov/Dec affect the already passed date? Wouldn't a payment in Nov/ Dec that be for the next results? "it is highly unlikely that the Board will be in a position to publish its half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2017 by 30 November 2017" will publishing the results force them to pay a tax bill or something? Was £3.7m cash spent in October / November ?
That would not suprise me they have already threatened.....
Well in 5 mins trying to get a small quote which I can't the sp quote indication has gone from 0.06-0.09. 0.09-0.10. 0.10-0.10 0.11-0.15 Not bought any but a quote for £100 would be nice.
What i was thinking, disputes happen in every company. This dispute has affected the share price very negatively and the drop has been way over done. Big bounce up soon
I believe this is going into admin. tomorrow. Whether shareholders ever see any value from the 500+ global patents, remains to be seen.
