I think I'm still in shellshock from other beatings not to read this correctly. So been looking on their website and of course
he converted all the CLN at 0.4p not 0.04p. I'm surprised the price never went nuts, well it did but sadly in the mad ponzi world nearly all who bought in sold out again but that does not mean it will not pop again. There is certainly room in between the current price of 0.05 and his conversion price of 0.4p and what plans have they got so he makes money from them again because it's a hefty instant loss on those shares to take.
"Mr C C Johnson holds a Convertible Loan Note (CLN),convertible in full into 226,250,000 Ordinary Shares at 0.4p per ordinary share (a 29 per cent. premium to the mid-market closing price of 0.31p on 8 July 2022) and can be converted at any time by Mr Johnson, subject inter alia to his entire holding being less than 29.99 per cent of the voting rights in issue in the Company. This CLN carries the right, upon a conversion, to the grant of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares on a one for one basis, exercisable at the conversion price for a period of two years from the date of grant. The Company does not currently have sufficient authority to allot securities to satisfy the creation of this CLN, and has agreed to convene a general meeting to seek such authorities before 31 October 2022. Mr Johnson has agreed not to exercise conversion rights under the New CLN until the Company has obtained sufficient authorities"

Sorry ignore all those numbers underneath.
I was going to buy more this morning. When I did a quote the mm wanted full 0.06p so I backed off and sure enough somebody else sold 4 mil + at 0.0465 I bet these mm's are laughing in their offices at how easy this game is now. "you want to buy sir well it's full offer, you want to sell Sir well it's miles below the price I am willing to sell for"
Not always correct but I feel when they do this on share which hasn’t done much of late (as well as NT to buy significant volume) something could be afoot ..
The one thing of late is that we have at least have some trades.....if you look back at my posts you will see that there was a time in Feb (I think) that we didn't have any trades for 2 weeks I think....
Which is making me think that something is happening.
Today's star traders. 2,714,292 paid 0.073p and sold for 0.0465p
3,266,412 paid 0.064p and sold for 0.042p.
Never ending these impatient idiots eh
More mm robbery which is happening everywhere. Buyers having to pay 20% higher than sellers...shocking and no wonder these penny markets on their knees with the mm's doing this everywhere now
I noticed yesterday the online offer had dropped to 0.0435p well below mid price but somebody has picked up 3 million and now the price is back nearer 0.05p.
Pretty weak atm 0.0429p to buy for size well below mid price, last day of tax selling, not that anybody sells to be taking the loss today but might be a order in
Picked up another 7.5 mil, this is gambling mind you.
30 million worked seller cleared. We never had a RNS this week for Peterhouse stock that was sold on the spike either
Thought there was a order in earlier, not sure if it's a good thing or not but it is last day of tax year and this is at a all time low so somebody crystalising a loss here
Davey, think this is a tax loss piece or could be something else? Last piece of news was proceeded by some large sells day before.. wonder if could be some movement..
Is a punt but if comes off could be spectacular! Only thing won’t look forward to is this chat will become overloaded rather than the sensible points being mentioned
Should have also added that even with that sell it’s still NT over £4k ish..
And sorry (it’s now me clogging this board!) the reason I feel the NT is brewing to something is i remember the same pattern on CTEA years ago.. company not doing anything then right time mentions a product with the pandemic and flew.. same NT for days pre that
Sellers certainly give the opportunity for a much cheaper price. On the conversion RNS they paid 0.07+ so 0.043 is a whopping 40% lower, all depends if they have more to shift and can Fridays buyers hold long enough so it recovers because lets face it stocks are going nowhere purely because of crazy day traders buying and selling for a loss within a day.
Somebody bought 15 mil today canny % of the company
