Not much downside risk. SIMON THOMPSON from investors chronicle will start re tipping ( he always does)
Small cap, small volume and ST's following will make this push higher ( check out what he did to kromek!!, 25pct in few hours)
Not to mention PE is Low
That research said use average earnings for valuation ( over a period with pandemic) who in their right mind will do that in a years time
Yea - that divi will cost ~1.4 million GBP which shows a lot of confidence.
To get a pre- tax profit for the year of over 1 million GBP was a pleasant surprise and, if my maths is correct, means the H2 profit was in the order of 3.5 million GBP.
If recovery continues, then I'd hope to see the sp back above 100p again this year, probably sooner rather than later.

The re-introduction of a dividend is an extremely bold move and shows the confidence level of the BOD. This is just the beginning.
As is the case for MISSION, forecasts for peers remain highly subjective to assumptions on the speed and scale of the recovery, so we have continued to look at an average over FY19, FY20e and FY21e. MISSION’s shares trade at a discount to peers on EV/EBIT (11.5x 2021) and P/E on this basis. Parity indicates a share price of 87.6p (up from 76.9p in December), reflecting positive share price performances in the sector as advertising spending levels look set to recover. This is 33% above the current level.
Only just seen this RNS and share price uplift. Well done Mission and to all those that kept the faith. Onwards and upwards for 2021.
A huge Well Done to all at Mission.
Very pleased
Great Update this morning from a entrepreneurial marketing company: 80% reduction in debt, PBT of £1M and the return of a dividend!
Wow
Actually I would like to think that one day a bid out of the blue would materialise. Perhaps wishful thinking but surely this depressed valuation must attract some scrutiny.
I think slow grind best describes the situation. Th price was 110p pre-Covid, and if the company can return to a dividend or a confirm it is debt-free that might generate some more interest quickly. Alternatively if they sold one of the numerous companies they have , it would also be deemed good news by the market.
It looks to me and I could be completely wrong, that there is some demand for these shares, which can only be satisfied through increasing the bid to attract sellers. I have no intention of selling mine until we are back to 100p. Any other views for the comparative strength lately?
one foot out of the bed
Waking Up
Whilst only a small number of trades today some are quite large. Bid showing at 58p but I was offered 61p so obviously there is buyer demand here. Any pull back and I shall be adding looking for a longer term return to pre Covid valuation.
as an optimistic holder of TMG I must admit of being slightly frustrated that we weren't able to ride the bullish wave of vaccine and Biden news - or at least inline with WPP. I need to remind myself of when we can expect the next trading update, as we know TMG do not use regulatory news service to announce new contracts. This makes the stock feel a real slow burner at times. I'm holding since from this SP there remains more upside than downside (as agreed by CLOSE) but it certainly won't getting exciting anytime quick.
Interesting to see that Close Brothers just snapped up 5% of the shares. Whilst retail investors have been getting bored and selling, institutions are picking up the shares. I would expect a steady rise from here. Remember pre-Covid we were at 110p. Should be debt free this year and the dividend Should return next year.
Always look forward not back. Outlook remains of returning to profit for FY results. Was hoping for more detail on forward order book for Pathfindr. estimate FY net debt mostly made up of earn out obligations due in 21. As per broker coverage 'MISSION’s shares trade at a discount to peers on EV/EBIT and P/E averaged over FY19, FY20e and FY21e. Parity indicates a share price of 78.25p, 26% above the current level.
Agreed. I saw it as a buying opportunity for the ISA.
That last bit of debt should disappear before too long.
Net debt reduced to GBP900,000 at June 30 from GBP5.1 million at December 31.
I am certainly not selling my shares!
Still expecting to make a profit this year. I think it is good news considering what we have just gone through.
Expected results, Covid impact was at its worst in this period. The group looks in good shape, hopefully the projection of a profit in the next period is well founded.
Good work all at Mission, here's to better times ahead.

The share price trend is looking very positive!
Steady progress from the scaredy period, which the group seem to have handled in a positive way. When the world of business begins to look outwards again, the agencies in this group should profit mightily IMHO
