Why doesnt Capt 'Cloooless' Hindsight tell us what happens to the 169m shares.
Brad, if you filter me, then stop talking about me. You are like a child. And when conversation gets going on a topic that you are not part of, then I will be off filter. Again. For the 20th time. Yawn.
Access to a huge market was never disputed. By anyone. Getting the project through to commercial success and grid connected is something I said years back would take much longer than anyone else ever thought likely. And surprise surprise, I was right. The Intergrated Resources Plan was published 3 or 4 years ago and it said gas would be a meaningful power supply source only by 2026 - nobody listened; everybody criticised; I was right yet again. God I am good and really getting tired at always being right about this bag of bones.
Ok gren*de launched; let's sit back and see who bites.
They "can be placed by the 30th" could not be vaguer?
It makes sense to scrap them and seek a better price at a leter date.
But potential buyers , 1.8p for a 2.4p share , so there will be loads of them .... look to be at the whim of the company? I think we should all be offered our 4/11 entitlement when 1.8p was higher than the sp!!!! With 14 days to go I hope the 169m are scrapped!! It is the only fair way imho!
I did find this though ...
"Tlou Energy Ltd - Botswana and Southern Africa-focused energy company - In the first half of the year ending June 30, interest income rises to AUD11,383, or GBP5,894 from AUD6,351 the year before. Pretax loss narrows to AUD1.8 million from AUD2.2 million a year ago. Managing Director Tony Gilby says: "The company has made excellent progress over recent months, and we are getting very close to first revenue. Having direct access to the power grid opens up our gas field to a huge market. It has taken hard work and significant investment over many years to get to this point, and we look forward to delivering power and earning first revenue for the company as soon as possible."
Current stock price: 2.20 pence, up 2.3%
12-month change: up 79%

Written by a James Bond girl perhaps?
"Having direct access to the power grid opens up our gas field to a huge market. " is the interesting bit (apart from Sabrina #2 , I still remember #1 from Arthur Askey days).
Does BPC alone suggest a huge marker to anybody here? Not it does not to me either! Donkey was talking through his ass yet again! His ass is Sabrina #3 perhaps?
The smell of gas is strong, the need for power is abundant and the desired to secede is powerful. The new horizon is close! Let’s go TG it time….
That's great - 10 years to make a tenner.
Yes Donkey, Both ASX and LSE holdings are in profit at close of week.
I am sure your post is wishing me well - what else ?
We are all here to make a profit of course! What else?
Brad - give me 3 'claims' i made so i can respond.
Clue - in a decade the idiot has never backed up a single claim he has made , not once!
He has repeatedly ridiculed me and thinks he can teach me if I have faith in him!
He does the same to TG whose record stands up to any criticism thrown at him.
We all know that TLOU would be dead under anyone else's leadership. Tony is so careful with money , frugality is the word , and he has never endangered our investments. He traded time for debts and it has been a while.
Donkey would have installed Martello towers and fighter planes to guard us against the civil war, hired umpteen drills to get economy of scale from gas flows , bought out Sekaname because they were his golden boys etc etc in short we;d have died in the maternity delivery ward!
The share price will drop to 1p again - we just have to wait for Ian Kharma to replace Massisi as president! Clue just filter him please! He is a nut case! A scrotum? A bag of wind! Quite hairy when he says he is always right? He is also prepubescent like most primary schoolkids with ADHD.
Yesterday my IG ISA was showing well over £1000 in the black , both LSE and ASX shares in profit. Currently showing a small loss on LSE @ 2.29p instead of 2.4 closing price. I expect he'll be very pleased for me considering he has seen me averaging down every month with pathetic £300-£500 buys to keep frequent trade status and the wolf from the door on Custodial Charges.
The falling sp dragged my holdings below the threshold for CUSTODIAL CHARGES EXEMPTION from being way above. It won't be long before they are not a concern,
Thank you Saint Tony!
Lol wow is that the best you got? I would have left it but need to point out its still incorrect a) LSE gives the price when it's posted, go back and check your workings princess b) another minor one price is 2.4...
Last time I checked 2.4 > 1.9 but you will probably try and convince us that in the context of Tlou and Botswana that doesn't hold xD

It moved from 1.9 pence to 2.3 pence. Amazing. Our new Expert on share price movements. And when he posted the above, it was 2.2 pence. Such a clever chap.

the list goes on. Their drivel is endless. Match made in heaven.
What was it Mark Twain said ....
Ant & Dec;
And guess what ? He berated him with all thr carp we expect from him. I spent ageds deciphering what Eric had to say and posted it wird for word so he might understand the speech! He never did of course!!!!
Eric was on our side but there were doubters saying the methane gas we would find would not be up to scratch and TG did not how to pull a third rabbit of the hat.
He has been filtered for months and after all this time he merely murmurs tripe!!!! He is offal perhaps?
The pension fund needs to earn money to pay folks pensions - does he think they’d spend good money after bad in Tlou???? His civil war would be possible if they blow everyones pensions and the Govt sat back at watched!
He is brain dead if he has one.
Sounds tough lol, 4 months and they took 10x their original entitlement, but what are usual time lines for easy funding in a company in your view? A day?
Correct Bots re the convertible note, someone has been doing their reading! But until it converts to equity (if it does) its still a bond (and no when a bond is semi annual payments you don't add this to the final principal, they get paid semi annual coupons).... It can be thought of as a bond + an option as the holder has the "option" to convert to equity.. Let me know if this is dumbed down enough for you....
And i'm showing my ignorance....

BOTS 28th Feb 2024
It wasn't. They started in November and finished in March - 4 months. Whats easy about that.
Bond / convertible note / something that converts from debt to equity at a price - really you are showing an unbelievable level of ignorance.
"In short, this current fund raise from sources in Botswana is by no means going to be easy to arrange". BOTS 28th Feb 2024
Absolutely brilliant xD
Here he comes ..... walking down the street. Spewing his usual tripe.
Sorry everybody for the next 50 useless messages ahead from him and me.
He also doesn't know how a simple bond works, if you are new look through his posting history if you fancy a laugh..
It's BOTs winnie, don't forget despite his substantial knowledge of everything Botswana he unfortunately said this less than a month before the Botswana Pension Fund trebled their holding and took up 10x their original entitlement in the raising: "In short, this current fund raise from sources in Botswana is by no means going to be easy to arrange".
Hi Winni, I guess you're replying to the narcissist?
I know it might not be something you normally do but just filter him, he is just a resentful stalker that doesn't want to see the company progress.
Do you feel better Winni after that wee rant.....
Makes me laugh every time I read what you and others here tell me what I think, what I think I am, what I dont know, .... And every time I spout my 'same nonsense', there is always somebody here to gladly tell me back How wrong I am, How little I know, How much time I waste sharing my views here as to why Botswana just doesnt work, what are potential reasons why Tlou isnt making the success of its opportunity that it so articulately expressed many large red African sunsets ago,
Keep it up lads; you would be bored and lonely and have so much free time to fill if I wasnt here for you ......
as we know the ******* donkey spends all his time trying to find ways to talk down tlou .. whether it be timescales , failing to understand how botswana works , how slow and corrupt botswana government officials are. lack of gas information , lack of information on the gas component’s( whether it will burn properly) lack of funding, whether there is actually any gas there at all … they won’t make any money selling to the bpc bla bla bla …the list is endless .. my question to him is what the **** is wrong with you and why have you made it your life’s work to waste all this time telling people who have never listened to anything you have had to say? and the most perverse thing is is you think your a cut above the average joe.. i hate to be the bearer of bad news you are not … no one with even the remotest ounce of intelligence would spend all the their time year after year spouting the same nonsense
I think donks totally got the name of the game wrong .. you don’t spend 10 years + and millions of dollars to set up an industry that will give Botswana a leg up the power supply export business .. and then sell yourself short in Terms of revenues .. why would you do that ! Tlou is a commercial business not a charity for the Botswana electricity benevolent fund ..FFS they need the power as much Tlou need to sell it .. All the government noise about small cost is a smoke screen to save face they will be paying more than the Donk would like to think .. as they have no choice . It’s either buy it in country or pay more from others countries as simple as that!
Not sure I agree with you Donks re BPC pricing. Currently BPC are buying from Mozambique at over 40c and TLOU original PPA was around 10c I think, so TG definitely has wiggle room to charge BPC more even if he doesn't have full control.
Keep living inside your head Brad. Are you not bored filtering, unfiltering, commenting, filtering, unfiltering, commenting, filtering, unfiltering, commenting. Is obvious you cannot resist me. Tbh, i wish you would stick to posting facts since once you go off on one of your long ramblings ....about what you think you know or understand, usually ends up going round in circles with no real beginning or end.
But then i guess posting here about what you think you know about Botswana, Tlou, Sekaname, CBM, Eric Molale (ps i sent you that link, so trust me I am well qualified to know what he said, where he said it, and what it means), and posting about your life history is your sort of therapy. Just as it is trying to criticise me and my views and opinions. You could learn so much here,,,,,,if only you could step back and open your mind to receiving. Rather than blethering.
