Agreed.
Indeed, and thank you for your response.
So you are an altruistic multi-millionaire. Are you Richard Branson in disguise?
Delusional but would explain your free time, its easy to sit on a high horse.
Answer the questions you are respectfully asked by some people and explain why you are here.
Lots of pumps going on all around us, why are you not there? The real pumps? Oh thats right maybe you are in them.
Cause if you are what you said then you can't be stupid enough to not tell the difference which leads me to believe quite frankly you are full of it.
Multimillionaire... Got a big chunk in shorts have ya? Oh dear...
Torham
I'm on this board because there's not a single good post other than mine IMVHO. Just a lot of baseless rampy nonsense that could, I fear, suck in some innocent souls. Every board deserves an intelligent, experienced poster.
loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
hes now a millionaire
where is your blog Eezymunny? wouldn't mind a read of that
Hilarious!!!!!!!!!
Given that I'm a multi-millionaire, that I've published a successful blog of my investments in real-time for several years, that I've been investing for 2 score years etc etc ...I'd say all these posts about me not knowing what I'm talking about are quite funny....
Again no answer?
He has had that chance many times over, could have skimmed off thousands if used his time more wisely.
"The total average fees on an AIM admission depend on the nature of the company coming to the market, which affects the nature and level of due diligence needed. The base level for admission costs would normally be in the region of £350,000 – £450,000"

Plenty of other articles around quoting similar £££ for an AIM listing. Please find me one that suggests £2m...
You are arguing a point of which you have no understanding of, your not stupid, just malicious in your mindset.
I advise folk to ignore him and let him fill the board with all that he desires.
He is working for a lower entry
It does work though if you talk enough ****, like him.
Sows doubt in peoples mind, sutble doubt, a seeds grow.
Clearly a very unsuccesful trader, as said before, put the same effort into finding things before the crowd as you do posting crap on a board when its a bit to late you might make some money.
Madchatter. Pray tell me where you get your 2m listing cost number from. Or did you just make it up?
Real number more like 500k. You could add that to the 500k cash that TLA have (which is diminishing every day don't forget) and just about justify a 1m market cap IMO. Hence my extremely IMVHO generous 1p max value.
Both the market and the incoming RTO company if there is one may value the exisiting equity higher. They'd be mad to do so IMVHO.
Dribble down sub 1p over next week or two IMVHO.
Unless something goes terribly wrong here (only in terms of not finding a suitable acquisition), then you will not see 0.3 again Eezymunny and might as well forget about this and move on.
Nigel Wray certainly isn't a fool
I've asked this before and you have repeatedly declined to answer, why are you on this BB?
RTOs work because it costs a company around £2m actually buy into a listed entity. It costs considerably more for a private company to list from scratch. Therefore, you will see most of the decent cash shells are valued at £2m plus cash.
In addition, when the actual RTO happens, there will be a transaction value creation. So say TLA have a 10% conversion in company B, our shares are then worth 10% of maybe a £100m company (example).
Bear in mind that the vast majority of ii held shares here are at 10p or higher, and these guys ain't fools to be messing around with something that loses them a lot of money!
I wouldn't pay more than 0.3p for this ie a slight discount to cash...
no he was in much higher thats why the grudge
Eezymunny so your buy target is 1p?
Meantime instis who DO know that 500k is not worth 3m dump into the PI induced spikes?
You are a total idiot.
What comes around always goes around.
