Jarv55. They have said only "The Board is considering opportunities in a number of sectors".
That sounds like there's a long wait before any news. And personally I doubt whether any RTO target would ascribe 3m in value to a company with just 500k.
My best guess - a long wait and a steady dribble down to sub 1p before there's any RTO news. And the RTO may well be yet another horrible AIM dog.
This smells like an AIM trader pump n dump job to me.
This isn't normally the case at all. Show me one example of an RTO candidate buying shares in a shell...
I could probably rip 90% of the shares everyone so dearly loves on valuations when it comes to cash and profit but I won't, cause you know why? It doesnt work like that.
Div.
E-Games !
Any idea what companies they might be looking at?
have you guys seen teh shares eezy munny invests in loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
hes here trying to give advise looooooooooooooooooooooooool
Prices are close together hence all showing as sells
Do you want to buy any? Do you hold any?
If the answer is no and no, then thank you for your concerns but go away?
Your agenda is what? A stupid one.
Go on then LB28. Explain how an RTO works.
It's way beyond me.
Not expecting a reply.
.
Go on then. Explain why this is cheap.
If something reversed into this shell at a 3m value for existing TLA equity, the equity holders of the RTO target would have to agree to give 2.5m of their own "value" to the holders of the rubbish equity here. Might happen, but what would that say about the quality of the incoming directors? Plenty of better shells for a decent company to reverse into IMVHO.
But anyway let's hear why it's cheap! Can't wait.
Every buy is a sell. It's a market!
@EezyMunny
I'm going to explain to you why this is actually a cheap valuation, but you should ask yourself, if hundreds of trades, for thousands of pounds are going through at this price, either 99.99% of people are very wrong, or you are right. Statistically you are wrong.
At least do 5 mins of research into RTOs.
this year especially i have noted across all shares the reporting is wrong, new mm tactic
Ah right okay. Cheers
EezyMunny,get a life
agree, everything is already aligned and needs to be announced in correct order.
no messing about and straight in business soon, gla
I don't get it, is Lse wrong? It's saying A LOT of sells for me
Welcome back EezyMunny, your advice and scope have been sorely missed here...
Here we go, ******** is here.
Approval to become a shell with c. 500k cash but a bonkers IMO valuation of c. £3m. That's £2.5m on hot air which will likely IMVHO deflate as no news flow now IMO for ages and the day traders move on to the next ramp. Sub 1p by next Friday anyone?
RTO presumably IMO months away as they haven't even determined what sector they're interested in...
second Big buy in an hour. expect a few more to clear the seller and then onward and upwards
Big buy
