I beg to disagree slightly on the subject of covid news. All we've had so far is anecdotal evidence and comments. If the actual data in terms of safety and efficacy is very good, that could make a material difference to the Company's prospects and valuation. It may not, but it certainly could.
Through my current employment I am speaking to many students, some of who are now on a second wave of the disease having frst caught tit last September. In addition a lot of younger ones also getting it far worse than previously. Even with vaccines we still are a long way off getting anywhere near back to normal.
busymomof3 . If your ICU friend became symptomatic 5 days after receiving the vaccine, it is likely that she had already contracted the virus, prior to vaccination, given the usual delay between contraction and symtomatology. Best wishes. miidas
News itself will make no difference as it's very old news just an update reminder, just a case of how institutions respond to it once complete , should be positive imo
Physical,
I would hope that over and above the rules on disclosure, that the moment the Brazil results are ready to be released irrespective of timings for the SP, they publish. If not good, whatever, but if good and especially if it can speed up Covid recovery in the short term - this needs to be out. UK ITU's and NHS at breaking point and with new variants looming that may not be covered by all vaccines any improvement in recovery time treatment will save many lives (not just in Covid but also other areas). If we are sitting on a potential lifesaver I would support speed over all else including shareholder return (I suspect 98% of PI's - who are allowed to put society ahead of returns would agree).
I also agree there is more than Foralumab in play but I am hoping the covid Foralumab could aid more than just our returns in the short term. I am also cognicent that Oncology is just as vital to those in the Big C's path but I dont see medical oversight allowing much fasttrack on this much more complex side of the porftolio.

In the short term there may be no effect. Looking at previous Companies some see a positive impact and some do not. I'd expect it to be included in the FTSE All Share Index at the next review in March. To be clear, it will not automatically be included in the Index tomorrow morning - it will only be included at the next review. Some Funds may begin to acquire holdings in anticipation of inclusion in the index but none are compelled to.
I’m new to trading and I have shares in TILS, how will the news this morning about coming off the AIM market affect the share price?
Any response welcome
Thanks
Thanks Oldapache and Rokerpark

Rokerpark,
Lols,
Seriously would welcome your views on the disparity between TILS and TLSA and the potential impact when were on the main market from tomorrow.
best.

Yes, lots.
Afternoon Rokerpark,
I did'nt want to blow your cover, lols.
Thanks for the info, and you got paid for doing that? Phut!

Make no mistake. The imminent full results will have a massive impact on the share price. Bad and price falls, at least short term whilst our products continue development to their respective targets. Positive and how high the SP goes is anybody's guess. Imagine we have the product to cure/treat Covid and prevent death. Incredible. I may be running away with myself but we would quickly have big pharma involvement to aid manufacture and life in the months to come would return to normal. I maybe dreaming but it's quite possible. Let's see.
Hi Oldapache,
I'm coming out of retirement for you.
There are a lot of open-ended and closed-ended funds which have the FTSE All-Share as a benchmark index, but that usually means for a fund manager that it just represents a return target and is not something you are necessarily trying to replicate through the composition of a given portfolio. For example, I used to run an alternatives portfolio benchmarked against the FTSE World Index - hardly any of the investments were in that index - it was just a return target for a diversifying strategy.
It's the FTSE All-Share Index trackers which have to buy all the constituents of the index.
Separately, there may of course be specific restrictions on what a fund with a FTSE All-Share benchmark has can invest in (e.g. no US listed stocks), but this varies from strategy to strategy.
Vaccinations....well my best friend works in ICU has been in work every week since this started, had the vaccination and 5 days later got covid!
I Assume the Covid-19 news would be timed for the most impact, which is in my opinion, is next week.
The whole world is discussing vaccination now, which started to leave its place to talks about flaws in vaccine supply chains and how countries have failed or succeeded in implementing the vaccination programs. Only after that, will the talk about a cure, rather than a vaccine will be the dominating topic.
Common sense states that's when it needs to hit the RNS about the Brazil Results. People will love the story of "an asthma inhaler that cures covid-19"!!! News outlets will jump on a hot topic to publish it for free, which might even get a retail investor craze going.
Dream you are correct many of us see Tils products as life savers, and the fact that they are being used for other illnesses, that they where not made for is great, and shows the BoD are thinking out of the box.
ive got both. i am wondering which one to top up? 212 or HL?
Well done holders. I had to release funds around 80p. Was hoping to get back in time but missed a bag. Still awaiting Stemprinter so with luck that will see me good.
Nice one, DC - the usual calming influence on us all..... But I did think today may be more dramatic, given the day that is in it!
What at all might happen before close of play this afternoon - anybody's guess. Perhaps we break the 171 barrier?
As tomorrow's fireside chat is at the Riley Oncology Conference I would expect the focus to be solely on Milciclib
TLSA is cheaper, but you would have made more money holding TILS over the last 6 weeks.
You can't buy TLSA on HL
Main market is about to happen
Covid results are about to land and the indications are posative.
Whichever exchange you choose to buy on, I would do it quickly otherwise you could be left kicking yourself if it takes off fast.
I guess we are all in Tils because we believe in the pipeline and the products being developed. If any come to fruition they will improve the well being of many patients and as a consequence our bank balance. Full Covid trial results from Brazil are expected imminently. The early signs would seem very encouraging. If it is shown that our " Crown Jewel " Foralumab is also an effective treatment against Covid then the share price goes off the scale. Everyone should have now taken a position. Those in any doubt the results won't be good should have left the building. The rest of us wait in eager anticipation. The recent RNS and the proactive interview with Dr Howard Weiner have convinced me we are onto a winner, but just my interpretation. We will know for sure very soon. GLA
Should we change where to buy shares? i saw this "Shifting your #tils to $tlsa gives you a 30% increase in shareholding, due to the price disparity in between #nasdaq and #AIM #FTSE" but buying tlsa shares on 212 is more expensive than tils on HL?
Happyish,
Nice post and good question about Fund Managers. We do have some who post on this BB.
Can any of the ex Fund Managers respond ?
vbw
as its been said many times Tils is not a one horse race.....things are looking very interesting here, and good to see a presentation on the day we move to give new investors a current update on the products we have and the up coming trials.
