Hi all I notice that Forbes have their 2 investments now updated on the Forbes website .any ideas?
You can still deal shares over the phone with HL. Not sure what price they are. I agree this situation is very odd and all contact details on the website are disconnected or the wrong number.....
All a bit odd. Forbes no longer accessible on LSE chat etc Tengri still on. Civilised Investment applied for bank license last June 2016. How long does it take to be accepted as a bank. Listing on NEX exchange for Forbes was automatic under their listing rules. Will Forbes sell loads of shares on on listing with NEX exchange. To many variables for me.

David, its a 0.5p placing. Are your eyes painted on?
This is huge and a tenxbagger from current levels ISDX http://www.investegate.co.uk/forbes-ventures-plc--for-/prn/acquisition-of-interest-in-civilised-investment---/20170213103000P3054/
Very difficult to sell any volume of shares at the moment and assuming that will be the case until the relist on another market other than NEX.... For anyone that has shares since the tengri days at multiple pence.....you will need to hold for a significant amount of time to see whether anything arises...If I was a betting man, which I am, it probably wont. But you never know, one of the businesses that Forbes invests in may become a gold mine and there is an IPO...lets see.

News Tengri Changes Name To Forbes Ventures Amid Reverse Takeover Talks Mon, 5th Dec 2016 10:10 LONDON (Alliance News) - Tengri Resources PLC on Monday said it has changed its name to Forbes Ventures PLC with immediate effect. Tengri converted to cash shell status at the end of May after selling its Kami Associates Ltd and Tatiana Ltd operating units for USD6.0 million. The companies held Tengri's Talas mining assets in the Kyrgyz Republic. It is now in the process of seeking a reverse takeover and last week said it was in talks to buy an unnamed company in the health care sector. Its shares were suspended last week after the deadline passed for the group to agree a reverse takeover under AIM rules.
