Lol jeddy, what are you on about, look at val today
SP finished at -6% according to my AJ account.
Some decent buys coming in at close.
Thank you for the explanation Jonmo.
I'm just asking a question Cyprusbiker, no need to make yourself look like a ****. The share price shouldn't drop by nearly 8% upon the release of a positive RNS, so I am asking why is this happening? Surely the market makers can't influence the price to this degree?
Share prices go up, then they go down, then up again. It's called a stock market. Controlled by the market makers. Give me strength, there's some right simpletons on here.
Weathergeek, why is the share price going down? We've had lots of good news recently so I don't understand why it's dropping, have you got any ideas?
The biggest jump in growth comes next year. This will be worth a lot more than today come March31st 2021. Even more by Sept30th 2021.
Going down as short term rainbow chasers get out after buying at .8p. They really should just wait, this isn't a dodgy mining company with nothing but a license. This is a cash cow.
And AZ made 1.1m call option at sp = 0.86p min. He expecting sp to be well above 0.86p by december.
Lots of gold news to come.
Wressymycase filtered for being a troll ....next
thanks wressmycase for the heads up, i'll sell up now, where shall I invest? Key thing is it must have 5 positive RNS's due by the end of OCtober at the latest! Think you'll only find that here :)
Hang around then, interesting hobby you have
jog into my bin then-tara you obviously have nothing better to do in life than troll on BB's
I’ll jog on when I feel like it.
This is gunna collapse in price very soon imo
Weathergeek, why hasn't it started to move sp?
Just been corrected. 30 companies not 13. Either way, its a sh*t load of repeat business.
These workings are on the current targets just for a few years.
€300m = €6.5m revenue €3m net profit.
So 1% net profit.
€1.43bn = €14.3m net profit which goes into 2021
2021
Then we have our Bank where net profit goes to 1.5%
€4bn in 2021 = €60m net profit
Add the €6.5m yr2 payment
€66.5m profit for 2021
2022
Bank funding to €5.5bn (Keep it simple and include year 1 payment again of previous €4bn)
€5.5bn in 2022
€82.5m in net profit
Add the €6.5m yr3 payment
€89m net profit.
Growth
Yr 1 Oct 2020 - €3m net profit
Yr 2 Oct 2021 - €66.5m net profit (2100% growth)
Yr 3 Oct 2022 - €89m net profit. (33% growth)
Share price?
PE of 10 @ £800m Market Cap = 2.4p Share price
PE of 20 @ £1.6bn market cap = 4.8p Share price
Doesn't include any other funding opportunities, just those in and the Bank targets.
Net and net profit need identified.
Net profit on €64.5M would be €32m
At £1,200m and 32,75bn shares issued that would, correct me if i'm wrong, suggest a SP of 0.036?
€6.5m by end of October net.
48% client growth in companies in 3 months
Just the Italian side so far
UK to come
Middle East to come
USA to come
Bank funding to come.
The thirty Italian Client companies that form the first Inventory Monetisation portfolio will be notified that their target completion date is the end of October. This portfolio comprises corporates of various sizes which form part of supply chains led by the following companies.
The first portfolio Inventory Monetisation is expected to have a value of approximately €300m and to complete by the end of October 2020 (the first month of the next financial year). This is expected to deliver approximately £20.5m of annual revenue into special purpose securitisation vehicles and to generate an average annual net servicing fee of £6.5m to Supply@ME. The Inventory Monetisation contracts have a three-year fixed duration plus a one-year option.
So thats 13 companies that made up that first Securitisation. Next ones loading up for the March Securitisation.
Date/ Number of client companies / Value (Euro) Gross origination
Dec 19 - 66 - 972m
31.3.20 - 82 - 1.22bn
30.6.20 - 97 - 1.43bn
30.9.20 - 142 - 1.64bn
As you can see, 13-142= 129 companies left so far, for the March spv.
129/13=9.923 so we have 9.923 times the amount of companies still to do. 13 only done.
9.923 x €6.5mn = €64,500,000
So you could say if things stay the same on average. We could be looking at €64.5m in net by March
PE of 10 would give a market cap of lets say £600m to cover EURO to GBP.
I think with the repeat business and level of growth. 20 would be more likely so a market cap of £1,200m
Yes WG, very true. Its all about revenue. Just sit and wait.
Our money is very safe here.
How long you reckon before 15p Weathergeek? 18 months?
I actually class this as a covid play this year and next. The amount of businesses affected by COVID will propel our early growth. Once onboard, just keep spinning that Wheel of Fortune..
Patience..... haha
why are patients needed its not a covid stock !
Rome wasn't built in a day....... patients are needed
they would be far better making announcements each time they sign a company rather than one big one
What is it going to take to make the share price go up
